'BRUT19'
Detached holiday home with lovely large conservatory, which is insulated ( double glazed ) and heated. Renovated in 2020 and modern furniture. The wrap around garden is fenced and has full privacy. Garden furniture is available. There is a garden shed for your bikes, sports gear, luggage rack, etc.
DOWNSTAIRS:
> Sitting room, modern equipped open-plan kitchen, the large conservatory with dining area. Hall with meter closet and broom closet. Second
hallway with stairs and washing machine and tumble dryer.
> Bedroom 1 with two single beds. Bathroom with toilet, shower and bath.
UPSTAIRS:
> Landing.
> Additional toilet.

THE BEDS :
= Downstairs: 2 beds, i.e. 2 single beds ( box springs ) with idem.
= Upstairs: 4 beds, i.e. both bedrooms have twin beds with slits ( box springs ), i.e. 2 beds that cannot be separated
cannot be pushed apart. Both with 2 separate duvets and 2 separate under sheets.
The largest bedroom has the cot and the changing table.
We employ an excellent cleaning company to keep the house spic and span.

Location and surroundings of object
Our ' PARK HOOGERWERF ' is situated in a green area near Bruinisse on the island of Schouwen-Duiveland. Bruinisse has some small scale QUIET parks without tourist facilities, including HOOGERWERF and De Tong. Not far away; a marina, 'GOLFCLUB Grevelingenhout' 18 holes, and a mobile home park.
The large commercial AQUADELTA (Roompot) PARK is also within walking distance of the cottage. There you'll find the nearest supermarket for your fresh rolls. You can also enjoy AQUADELTA's facilities ( for a fee ) ; Fun Paradise, swimming pool, supermarket bike rental, restaurant, snack bar, pizzeria ( also take away ) etc.
The village of Bruinisse, a little further, has more than enough shops ( AH Supermarket , 2 Fish shops, Etos, Gall & Gall ) restaurants, snack bars, ice cream parlour, a Pizzeria ( also takeaway ), etc.
This eastern part of green Schouwen-Duiveland is still quiet. It lacks the hustle and bustle of the dune region. You can still cycle and walk here without meeting anyone. The cycling routes have signposts.
Bruinisse/' Hoogerwerf ' is located on the border of the large Grevelingenmeer. The North Sea beaches are 20 kms away.
Day trips to old picturesque towns like Zierikzee, Middelburg, Veere, Goeree, Willemstad, etc. easily fill up your ( first ) week. But also cultural hotspots e.g. Rotterdam , Delft and The Hague are within reach. Note only by private car. Public transport is not optimal in the countryside.

beautiful holiday home in a very quiet location
We, two cyclists, were absolutely thrilled with this beautiful and tastefully furnished holiday home, with a secluded plot. It is actually even bigger than the photos suggest. The very new kitchen is equipped with everything, everything is available in multiple quantities, e.g. glasses, plates, cups etc. The downstairs bathroom with its walk-in shower (and separate bathtub) has lots of natural light and storage space and is very spacious. The beds are very comfortable and like everything else, almost new. We used the outdoor seating area a lot and enjoyed the peace and quiet. The lockable shed was brilliant for our high-quality bikes. Overall, highly recommended. We would love to come back.

One of the best vacation homes we have ever been to
A very spacious holiday home which was furnished with a lot of love. Everything was just perfect here. The furnishings were modern, high quality and luxurious. Nothing was missing and the cleanliness was great as well. The communication with the landlord was also top-notch. We would come back anytime.

Very good
Very nice house for families with children. The furnishings are new and of high quality. We felt very comfortable. The location is quiet and yet very central to take advantage of various leisure activities. The port of Bruinisse is nearby. If you want to go to the North Sea beach, you can be there in just over 25 minutes by car.
The contact with Mr. Meulenhout was very friendly. So we will definitely come back !!!
