This area allows for pleasant dining outdoors, even on warmer evenings, while you listen to the sound of the sea and enjoy the incomparable view.
From the terrace, large sliding doors lead inside the house, which impresses with its modern design and spaciousness. On the ground floor, there is an open living area that combines a modern kitchen, a dining area, and a living room. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, including an induction cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, and all necessary kitchen utensils. Right next to the kitchen, there is a dining table for 6 people where you can enjoy your meals. The living area features a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a view of the pool, allowing for relaxing moments. There is also a separate guest toilet on the ground floor.
