Description
If you are looking for a modern, 5 star contemporary designed villa located only 150m from the sea, with Seaview, Casa Bela is the perfect choice for you. Casa Bela is located in the small and quiet fishing village Klimno on Island Krk. Is a newly built Villa, finished in 2020. When designing it, architects had in mind open spaces with a lot of daylight and bright light colours. All spaces are open to the sea and to a large heated pool with a spacious terrace.
Casa Bela spreads over 270 m2 and can accommodate 8 guests in 4 bedrooms with an in suite bathroom, all four overlooking the pool. When you enter the house, you will first notice how spacious and bright it is. Spacious entrance room will lead you to an open space living area with kitchen, dining area for eight persons and living room. Kitchen in the house is fully equipped with high end appliances, so you will not miss anything when preparing your meals. From the living area, furnished with a large leather sofa and big screen TV, there is a large glass door opening to the outside terrace with a sitting area and 26m2 big heated swimming pool. On a completely closed terrace you will be able to enjoy the tranquillity of the area, cool in the pool or simply soak the sun on one of the sun loungers next to the pool. Alfresco dining is also enabled thanks to the covered outdoor dining area and a large ceramic grill.
On the other side of the entrance area there is a hall, leading you to the guest bathroom, pantry and two king size bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and staircase leading to the first floor where two additional king size bedrooms are available. All four bedrooms are equipped with TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets and what 's most important, very good beds with Swiss made Serta mattresses, which will offer you good night sleep. Casa Bela has a central floor heating system and heated swimming pool, so it is perfect for spring or autumn holidays as well.
Villa also has an outside bike storage room and parking space for several cars. Your car will be safely parked behind a fence under camera surveillance. There is also an electric charging station next to the house, which allows charging an electric vehicle with a power of up to 11 kW.

The villa is easily accessible because Rijeka Airport is only 11 km from the villa, the bus station is only 250 m away, and the ferry port for the islands of Cres and Rab is 20 km away. Krk is a beautiful island that offers opportunities for every guest. There are six blue flags on the beaches of Krk. This speaks volumes about the cleanliness and quality of the sea and the quality of the additional service. The beaches are pebble and rocky with sunbeds where you can enjoy the whole day. The island of Krk is a paradise for hikers and cyclists. Go on 300 km of easy or more demanding trails. Take the Krk ring road, which connects all hiking trails, and explore all the places on the island on foot. The most attractive cycling route stretches from Malinska via Krk to the entrance to Punat. Mountain biking enthusiasts can go in search of the church of St. Krsevana, which is completely alone in the middle of the forest. Discover all the beauties of Krk with the help of numerous diving centers in Krk. Discover all the shipwrecks, vertical walls and rich flora and fauna of the Krk blue.
