Description
The Casa Vidmar impresses with its stylish manufacture of both indoor and outdoor areas. The modern and unique architecture of the house not only guarantees your privacy, but also gives you the feeling of exclusivity, although the Casa is designed as a double house. If we speak of numbers, Casa Vidmar offers you 200 m2 of interior space, the well-designed outdoor area stretches over 1500 m2, next to the 70 m2 terrace is a 32 m2 heated pool. 4 spacious parking spaces, protected by a fence and an electrically operated Zauntür, are available. The impressive plot, only 100 meters from the sea, guarantees you complete privacy.
Together with the fact that Casa Vidmar is fantastically equipped and offers everything you could wish for, the property guarantees in all areas your satisfaction.
Inside the ground floor is a large, bright room with open living room, dining room and kitchen. In the other rooms there is the bedroom with its own wardrobe and bathroom, a LED TV and exit to the garden, the utility room, the pantry and the toilet. The entire ground floor is air-conditioned. In the living room is a cozy Italian living area with chaise-longue of Natuzzi, a large open fireplace, a large LED TV and a HI-FI system. In the dining room is a special dining table made of walnut wood. The kitchen is fully equipped, with exclusive kitchenware, luxurious crystal glasses and table service. The entire furniture is custom made from walnut wood, the floor is made of white Italian marble.
The spacious and particularly imposing staircase leads you to the upper floor, where you will find a cozy reading corner with a view of the Mediterranean plants. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms and a large bathroom with double sink, a comfortable bathtub, walk-in shower and toilet. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and has an exit to the large balcony. From there you have a wonderful, open view of the sea.
The place next to the pool is like sunbathing. On the terrace you can relax, using the high-quality teak garden furniture, with a romantic fireplace. An original Weber grill is available for genuine barbecue masters. Next to the terrace is a well-concealed shower. The pool is equipped with an RGB light and offers romantic night swimming; with an electrolysis system the water is kept pure only by salt.
The property is surrounded by beautifully designed vegetation, which is managed by an irrigation system which, despite the hot summer on the island of Krk, ensures the wellbeing of the plants.

Absolute dream house
It was a beautiful house. The cleanliness was outstanding. The landlord Mr Hunski is super nice and very reliable. Everything was available in the house to spend a wonderful holiday.

The house is perfect, very nicely equipped and clean. If you want to spend a quiet holiday, this is recommended. There were four of us and we had a lot of fun. The pool is also clean and had a pleasant temperature. You spend a relaxing holiday here. We have booked it again for next year.

The accommodation is top ! Exactly as pictured on the internet. Everything was there,
very exclusive and very well maintained. A big thank you again to Mr. Hunski (very reliable) for the nice greeting and the welcome gifts !!!! Supermarket, bakery and restaurants as well as small bays all within walking distance. If you need a quiet, relaxing holiday, this is the place for you. We had a great, relaxing holiday and can highly recommend this holiday home.
