The villa is spacious and the modern, stylish decor certainly won't look out of place on your Insta feed. The bright living room and stylish kitchen overlook the private pool and cosy lounge terrace. So flop down on the comfy sofa with a good book or your favo series. Don't let the cockatoo distract you! ;)
Or do like the Spaniards and fill the round dining table with vino y tapas and drink until late in the evening. Meanwhile, keep an eye out as the kids splash in the pool.
Because with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, Vila Mirabilis is the ultimate place for a family holiday with family or friends. The house offers every comfort for up to 6 people. The master bedroom has a lovely double bed, large wardrobe and bathroom en suite, with walk-in shower sink and toilet. The villa has another bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobe, and another room with two single beds and fitted wardrobe. These bedrooms have access to a shared luxury bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Luxury bedding and linen are included.
Oh, and of course there is wifi and air conditioning throughout the villa.
It's all about the outdoors here
Enjoying the Spanish life to the full is mainly done outside, right? Enter the roof terrace of no less than 90 m2. Frying and roasting is perfect here in the outdoor kitchen with barbecue - or parilla as the Spaniards say. The long dining table under the pergola guarantees hours of dining, catching up and drinking under the stars. Enjoying it here during the day? Then the terrace canopy provides just the amount of shade you want. And the six-metre lounge sofa gives you all the space you need to chill out in the afternoon.
Good weather all year round...
In Pilar de la Horadada, the weather is actually nice all year round, with temperatures between 18 and 32 degrees. So on the lounge terrace at the front of the villa you can enjoy your cup of coffee in the morning. And in the evening, just take another dip, while the pool is beautifully lit.
The villa is also a great place for children
From a dip in the pool to romping around on the roof terrace or a game of Halli Galli: everything has been thought of. Opposite the villa is a shady park with lovely palm trees and a playground. The house is within walking distance of the village, and in 10 minutes you cycle along a cycle path through the ramblas to the beach (no cars).
Within a few hundred metres is a mini-supermarket, a hardware store and some restaurants.
Within 45 minutes you can reach Murcia, Cartagena, Elche and Alicante.

Cancellation terms:
- Betaling Huurder ontvangt na boeking een factuur en betaalt de berekende kosten in twee delen: 30% aanbetaling direct te voldoen na ontvangst van de factuur. Boeking is pas definitief na ontvangst van de aanbetaling. 70% uiterlijk vier weken voor aankomst. Huurder betaalt bovendien een borg van € 600,- per boeking. Deze dient ook vier weken voor aankomst te zijn voldaan. De borg wordt binnen twee weken na afloop van de huurperiode terugbetaald aan de huurder. Eventuele door huurder veroorzaakte schade en/of kosten van buitenissig stroomverbruik worden op de terug te betalen borg in mindering gebracht. Overige voorwaarden en regels Roken is in het huis niet toegestaan (wel buiten op de terassen). Gebruik van drugs of verdovende middelen is in het huis en op het terrein niet toegestaan. Huisdieren zijn niet toegelaten in het huis, tenzij daarvoor vooraf toestemming is verkregen van de verhuurder van het huis. De huurder verklaart zuinig om te gaan met het huis en de in het huis aanwezige inrichting en voorzieningen Bij het annuleren van een huurovereenkomst tot vier weken voor aanvang van het geboekte verblijf, blijven de kosten voor huurder beperkt tot de aanbetaling. Daarna zal de volledige overeengekomen huur moeten worden betaald. De borg hoeft bij annulering uiteraard niet betaald te worden.
