Feel special living 200 metres from the sea walking to the right and 50 metres from the shopping street, shops, pharmacy and restaurants to the left.
The house is fully equipped for a family with children or a group of friends.
The kitchen has a new dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, oven, toaster and all the necessary accessories.
You can prepare delicious home-cooked meals with the tastiest local products from the nearby shop or market.
The downstairs bathroom is equipped with a large shower and the upstairs bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
Downstairs the town has a living room with dining area, bathroom, kitchen and room for sun loungers or bicycles. On the first floor is the master bedroom, master bathroom and first guest bedroom. On the second floor there is a second guest bedroom. Both guest bedrooms have two beds, which can be pushed together into one or left separately. There is also a large built-in wardrobe in each bedroom. The beds are new with comfortable 7 cm memory foam.
There are towels in the house.
There is also a sofa bed downstairs in the living room.
The house can accommodate a maximum of 8 persons. A baby cot is available on request.
The house has high speed internet, tv, new air conditioning and external blinds.
The swimming pool is only 30 metres from the house. Next to the pool there is a beautiful lawn and umbrellas for a picnic.
The pool is very large and has a depth of 110 cm to 2 M.

The town of Cabo Roig is a residential part of the Costa Blanca.
You won't find many hotels here, but usually holiday houses and flats.
Although the village is quiet, just a few kilometres away you can enjoy the charms of the town of Torrevieja and go there to experience the life of a seaside resort.
Enjoy slow breakfasts on the terrace, stroll along the most beautiful coastline on the Costa Blanca, sunbathe on one of the many clean and charming beaches, dine in countless restaurants from all over the world.
Visit the largest shopping centre on the coast with many international shops and cafes at Spanish prices.
Visit a playground with fountains for children, a games centre and bowling.
Rent a boat or scooter at the nearby harbour and take a day trip to an uninhabited island.
Exercise in the free outdoor gym by the sea and your child will play safely next door in the playground where children from all over the world meet and have a good time.
The street where the house is located is a one-way street, so the residents' cars are on the road, which means there is no noise or heavy traffic.
By the sea there is a nature reserve and a trekking trail as well as a lookout point.
Take comfortable shoes with you because only a few dozen metres from the house you can explore the unique nature and stroll along the coastline amidst exotic vegetation. There is also a health centre adjacent to the house in case you need it, which is open 7 days a week.
On Thursdays a street away there is a market with local delicacies, delicious fruit and vegetables and summer clothes.
You can then enjoy a coffee by the sea and savour this amazing atmosphere.
