The outdoor area offers a fully equipped gym, table tennis, swimming pool 3,7 m*8,5 m with 8 deck chairs, BBQ with covered outdoor dining area, also comfortable lounge area next to living room.
The ground floor offers: Spacious living and dining area (airconditioned), fully equipped kitchen with exit toward pool area, Bedroom No1 with king size bed and a single bed, Bedroom No2 with queen size bed, Family bathroom with shower, Toliet with washing machine
First floor offers: Modern living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen (airconditioned), with two covered terraces where you can enjoy amazing views on town Split and sea, Bedroom No3 with king size bed, Bedroom No 4 with 2 single beds, Bedroom No 5 with 1 single bed, Bedroom No 6 with 1 single bed, Family bathroom with shower, and Family bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. Ground floor and first floor are connected with internal steps.
The whole property is perfectly organized for the comfortable stay for bigger families or group of friends where you have a lot of space to enjoy your stay all together and have fun, but then again several different spots to enjoy your favorite book without any disturbance.
Outdoor dining area is very comfortable so whole group can really enjoy in absolute privacy while enjoying perfect barbecue.

Nearby you have a lot of different activities you can try, such as riding a horse, wind surfing on sea, boat tours to island Brač, rafting on Cetina river in Omiš, there is also a small golf court and tennis courts (hard court and clay) 10 min with car…and many other things to do in this area.

There is an opportunity to order a grocery supply, we have a colleague from Poljane Prom company that does a complete supply for yachts, villas, and you can order all offered in big supermarkets, they would deliver it to villa at the agreed time, payable with a credit card or cash once it is delivered and checked by you. All you need to do is to send us an email with a grocery list with all small details such as quantity, weight, type of other essential details to get it all as accurate as it is possible. Our experience with guests who used this service is more than positive, very good and it saves your holiday time in unknown shops!
