Just outside Biggekerke is our newly built holiday home T Koetshuis.
The house is suitable for 4 persons, has a private garden with lots of privacy, a beautiful view of the dunes and private parking.
On the ground floor is the living room with open kitchen equipped with all conveniences, such as: fridge with freezer compartment, combination microwave oven, dishwasher, induction hob, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and electric kettle.
The living room has a spacious dining table with 4 chairs and a seating area with a corner sofa. The television is connected to the internet and also has foreign programmes. (Smart TV)
On the first floor are the two bedrooms and bathroom. The first bedroom has two single beds and the second bedroom a double bed with separate duvets. The bathroom has a shower, sink and a second toilet.
At the front of the house is a terrace with a picnic table and at the back a garden with a terrace and a garden set with a table and 4 adjustable garden chairs.

The accommodation is located 2.0 km from Groot Valkenisse beach and 2.8 km from Zoutelande beach (the sunniest beach in the Netherlands).
Biggekerke is a cosy village on the Zeeland island of Walcheren. Here you will find special nature with clean beaches. There are many cycling possibilities, picturesque villages, a nice playground, snack bar, cosy restaurants nearby and besides the many water sports activities, there are also many indoor activities. Veere is definitely worth a visit: a Welsh village where you can fully enjoy the old houses and characteristic farms. Would you like to spend a day shopping? Then visit the cosy towns of Middelburg, Vlissingen or Domburg. Immerse yourself in the history of the region at Deltapark Neeltje Jans and learn about the flood disaster of 1953 and the construction of the Delta Works. You can also enjoy the water park and cruises and go on a real Oosterschelde safari.

Brilliant and restful
In this immaculate and tastefully furnished holiday home with a modern kitchen, the three of us were able to have a quiet and relaxing break. The hosts are very friendly and give good recommendations. The contacts were positive and helpful.
Many little details show that you are welcome as a guest. The house is equipped with everything you need. The open living area with kitchen is heated by underfloor heating, so it is cozy and warm even when it is cold outside.
The beds have good mattresses and snug blankets. We slept well. The bathrooms, like everything else in the house, are modern and functional.
The house is located on the property of the owners. Despite the proximity, everyone has their privacy.
You can reach the beach in a few minutes by bike or car. The parking spaces for the beach are free until the end of February.
A tip we are happy to pass on: the snackbar in Biggekerke. Tasty fries with Joppiesauce and many other delicious things.
It was a beautiful few days in February.
We will come back.

Quiet and relaxed holiday home ?
In the beautiful new little house, everything we needed to spend a really nice, relaxing vacation was available. Complete kitchen equipment, very clean, good beds (I have never slept so well on vacation ?), bikes can be safely stored in a separate little house.
To the dunes and the beach it is about 2-4 km, depending on which entrance you choose. Parking spaces are very expensive in Walcheren ... but the bike paths are excellent!

Years ago I also rented out a holiday home in our previous home, but after we moved into this house, this was unfortunately no longer possible.
