Description
The holiday home is located in a cul-de-sac, no through traffic, the terrace and a large south-facing playground and meadow are behind the house. The bungalow has an entrance hall, a living-dining room with open kitchen, two bedrooms (one room with double bed 160x200 cm, one room with stackable bed 2 x 80x200 cm) and a shower room. All linen has to be brought along, a washing facility is available in the park. In the annex you will find 4 bicycles and a handcart.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday park is only separated from the sea by a wide strip of dunes. The beach is approx. 1000 m away and can be reached on foot or by bicycle along several paths. There are two restaurants on the beautiful long and wide sandy beach. The nature reserve "Het Zwanenwater" is in the immediate vicinity. Dunes, beach and the hinterland with cosy villages invite you to walk and cycle. In spring, the flower fields in bloom offer an overwhelming sight. Shopping for daily needs is about 500 m away, as are restaurants. More shops and restaurants can be found in the neighbouring villages of Petten and Callantsoog.
The holiday park has playgrounds for small children, a tennis court as well as table tennis tables and a volleyball court.

For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.
