A group of 10 guests will love staying at this luxurious holiday home with a sauna, whirlpool and sun-shower. Located at the edge of the Colijnsplaat and the De Oosterschelde national park in the Netherlands. This stylishly decorated holiday home was built in traditional Zeeland style.
The warm natural tints give the interior a charming and rural appearance. On the ground floor, guests will find a spacious living room, open kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The other 4 bedrooms are located on the first floor of the house. After a day in the Zeeland fresh air, guests will enjoy coming home to relax in the sauna, whirlpool or simply in the garden.
The owner has provided free Wifi for guests inside the house. The house also comes equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The owner, however, is particular about not renting the home to youngsters.
Guests can visit historical cities of yesteryear such as Zierikzee, Veere and Middelburg. The cleanest beaches of the Netherlands are located within cycling distance of the holiday home! The location is ideal for diving fans too - the Oosterschelde is famous for being one of the most beautiful diving spots in the Netherlands.
The park is being built in phases. This may mean that work can take place at the park. Naturally, any inconvenience is kept to a minimum. The holiday home is exclusively available for recreation purpose only.

House provided with all comfort. Beautiful view with sheep between the dunes. Cycle-friendly environment. Little downside was a deactivation of the alarm system but this problem was quickly resolved.

WiFi is down 2x, we had on Monday and Thursday no WiFi. Monday is the keyholder will make it even late in order, Thursday night we have done no message.

Fantastic WE polite, partly due to the beautiful, well located, perfectly equipped and very neat house. Pleasant surprise was the extensive welcome package that was offered to us. We also want to thank John and Natascha for the willing assistance spontaneously offered to us, including in the provision of bicycles. We will definitely recommend the park.

We were in a 10 person house and super happy. Great, high-quality furnishings with a sauna and Wirlwanne. As you can recover well. Although the park is still under construction, we had no noise. The environment was also very nice. Conclusion: any time

Had a wonderful midweek at Parc Ganuenta # 43. Reception Package was ready, and knocked everything. For our team building event, everything was a lot easier because everything was great organized. Staff was waiting for us 24x7. House was spacious and full of luxury. Shame about the flies but that was really the only one. To be repeated!

The kitchen could be better equipped. There is no sieve or colander present (useful for washing vegetables) and there are no (major) blades. All vegetables should be cut with a large bread knife. Very inconvenient if you're with 10 people in the house. Also, plates and cutlery are summarily present so you should always wash between. Super house and super location. park management very helpful nice, the flowers in the house !!! Dirty edges in the bathtub and dead bugs in the shower downstairs. A squeegee down would also be useful. Cabinet stereo, lock piece. We will definitely come back again!

Summary: An absolute must! Very nice welcome by the managers John and Natascha van der Velden. Fantastic and very cozy house; a home that you "embrace" directly. Super centrally located Vlissingen, Middelburg, Goes, Zierikzee and Veere within reach. Forget the local gastronomy and regional products, or water sports in Kamperland.

It was a wonderful weekend with our friends. It's a very nice house with a very nice location. 1 dike on and you're in the water, where you can blow out delicious during a walk. The village Colijnsplaat and marina are nearby (walking distance). The kitchen, bathrooms and sauna in the house are very nice and clean.

The holiday was just TOLL! Although the keys should only take place at 15:00, you are quickly taken care of that we previously could purely because we have arrived even at 10am. Already at 12:00 we should clean. Great house, Great ambiance, everything was just great! We will come back for sure!

If we may add a comment: it was cold when we arrived, barely 14 degrees. When two hours later it was still 14 degrees, we called the emergency service. The man came immediately was very friendly and promised amendment. Yet "the evening was for 23 hours only 19 degrees ... We also missed a few additional cutting boards.

Very friendly reception. Very nice house for 10 people. There was room for our bikes in a separate garden house. Ideal departure point for a trip to Deltapark Neeltje Jans or via the Zeelandbrug to Zierikzee or to the ferry.
