We generally like the island of Rügen, but we are not willing to pay these prices for a vacation apartment in the future. There are other alternatives; perhaps one should look beyond the horizon towards the west. There, the price-performance ratio is different.

We were in the apartment for two weeks and felt very comfortable there. The landlords are very nice, the apartment is spacious, equipped with everything, and more than sufficient for two people. A microwave was kindly provided to us, and there was also the possibility to securely park our e-bikes. We took advantage of the opportunity to relax in the garden every day. The proximity to the pier is perfect, and for shopping by bike, there is an Edeka store nearby. We can only recommend the apartment, a place of peace and relaxation.
