Bathing holidays in summer or extensive walks on the Baltic Sea beach in autumn, followed by a sauna bath and a tea in the "Sellinkoje" and the holiday begins!
Enjoy your most beautiful time of the year on the dreamlike Baltic Sea island - Rügen - unique landscape, not far from the chalk cliffs, directly on the fine, white sandy beach, close to the famous pier and the adjacent Wilhelmstraße. This promenade with Wilhelminian spa architecture invites you to take a stroll at any time of the year.
You will feel at home in this cosy 2-room holiday flat by the grove in Sellin, within walking distance of Wilhelmstraße.
The maritime flat is located on the ground floor and can be reached without steps via its own front door, and is therefore also accessible with a wheelchair.
The spacious hallway offers plenty of room to store luggage, prams, shopping, wardrobe and more.
The separate kitchen offers a cooker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, 4-burner hob, dishwasher, sink, coffee maker and is fully equipped for the hobby cook.
The quietly situated bedroom with double bed (160x200 cm) has a spacious wardrobe, 2 bedside tables with reading lights. The windows can be darkened either by external shutters or by curtains.
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, WC, various cupboards and a shower with glass cubicle. Here, underfloor heating and a large towel heater provide pleasant comfort.
The living room of more than 20 sqm is equipped with a dining area, two sofas and TV with bar. The sofa beds can be rolled out and each has a comfortable mattress with slatted frame measuring 140x200 cm. Four additional persons can sleep here. From the living room you have a fantastic, unobstructed view of the countryside. The floor-to-ceiling windows can be darkened by electric external blinds.
The terrace is furnished with a dining table and four adjustable high-back chairs and a parasol.
A carport parking space is available exclusively for the guest of the Sellinkoje.
The price is for 2 persons in the low season.

The Sellinkoje is located on the ground floor of a new three-storey property in a very quiet but central location. The new building is at the end of a small cul-de-sac, which is only used by residents and holiday guests. The beach, Becker, Kurhaus, playground, small park and the pedestrian zone are within walking distance.

Recommended
You can't find a better place to stay in Sellin, on holiday, at this rental price. The apartment leaves nothing to be desired. The most beautiful pier on the Baltic Sea beach, long beaches, the famous beech forests on the steep coast, bakers, good restaurants; all this is within walking distance of this maritime furnished apartment. And there is always something to discover on Rügen.

Super nice holiday
The flat is super cosy, everything you need is there and super clean!
The location is perfect, whether on foot or by bike.
A very small minus point is the bed, very soft mattress and not perfect for back problems.

Relaxing time out
Very tastefully and practically furnished, ideal for four-legged friends due to the proximity to the forest. At the same time, you can be at the beach or in Wilhelmstraße in no time. The terrace invites you to relax, you have the sun there almost the whole day. We like to come back. The flat is not recommended for people who are not good on foot because of the slope. Otherwise everything is great.

Aktivurlaub
Schon beim betreten der Wohnung haben wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt. So sollte Urlaub sein.
Für unser Vorhaben viel zu Unternehmen und Rad zu fahren war diese Wohnung durch ihre Lage ein guter Ausgangspunkt.
Gleichzeitig kam die Erholung nicht zu kurz.

Pure relaxation!
We were allowed to spend 1 week in the lovingly furnished holiday flat.we felt very comfortable there we lacked nothing.located directly quietly on the forest and to the pier Sellin and Wilhelmstraße it was only a few minutes.the landlord was always friendly, always available what one should also mention once praising.we come back gladly.

Gerne wieder!
Sauber, gepflegt und im zeitlosen maritimen Stil. Alles da, was man braucht. (Ausser Müllbeutel ?)

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung ist super schön, freundlich und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts, alles ist vorhanden . Sie hat eine sehr ruhige Lage direkt am Wald, durch diesen kann man schöne Wandertouren starten. Total nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Einfach klasse die wohnung war einfach spitze alles dar was man sich wünschen kann auch sehr sauber und toll ausgestattet würde jeden weiterempfehlen zur Promenade zu Fuss ereichbar wer Hunde hat würde ich den Südstrand empfehlen schöner Sand es fährt auch die Bäderbahn hin es geht steil rauf es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Super Urlaub!
Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit Hund in der Sellinkoje. Die Fewo entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen, alles sehr sauber, ordentlich und neu mit Blick ins Grüne. Eine perfekte Ausgangslage für Ausflüge in jede Richtung. Auch empfehlenswert für Urlaub mit Hund. Gerne verbringen wir unseren Urlaub wieder in der Sellinkoje.

Sehr schöne, gemütliche u barrierefrei Erdgeschosswohnung
Man kommt rein u fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause. Es ist alles vorhanden was man in einem Haushalt braucht.
Wir, 3 Köpfig, hatten eine sehr schöne u erholsame Woche in der Sellinkoje.
Ruhig gelegen und trotzdem sehr nah zur Seebrücke und der Wilhelmstraße.
Würden es jedem weiterempfehlen

super Wetter - super Wohnung
Hallo,
wir waren 5 Nächte in der Sellinkoje. Wir konnten die Wohnung auf Grund einer Stornierung kurzfristig bekommen. Die Wohnung ist neu, sauber und verfügt über eine moderne maritime Ausstattung. Sie liegt in Waldnähe und ca. 5 Gehminuten zur Seebrücke. Wir konnten auf Anfrage unsere Malteserhündin (2 Jahre) mit einquartieren. Wichtig für Teenager -> schnelles Internet / WLAN vorhanden. Auf diesem Wege möchten wir uns noch einmal bei den Vermietern bedanken. Da wir oft auf Rügen sind und seit 2 Jahren unsere Malteserhündin haben, werden wir, wenn es sich ergibt und die Wohnung frei sein sollte wieder dort anfragen.

Maritime standnahe, zentrale, ruhige Ferienwohnung
Diese gemütliche Ferienwohnung hat mir deshalb so gut gefallen, weil sie neu und gepflegt ist, die Lage ist zentral dennoch ruhig, der Strand zu Fuß schnell erreicht werden kann und der Blick aus dem Wohnraum die Natur entschleunigt.
