Description
Bathing holidays in summer or extensive walks on the Baltic Sea beach in autumn, followed by a sauna bath and a tea in the "Sellinkoje" and the holiday begins!
Enjoy your most beautiful time of the year on the dreamlike Baltic Sea island - Rügen - unique landscape, not far from the chalk cliffs, directly on the fine, white sandy beach, close to the famous pier and the adjacent Wilhelmstraße. This promenade with Wilhelminian spa architecture invites you to take a stroll at any time of the year.
You will feel at home in this cosy 2-room holiday flat by the grove in Sellin, within walking distance of Wilhelmstraße.
The maritime flat is located on the ground floor and can be reached without steps via its own front door, and is therefore also accessible with a wheelchair.
The spacious hallway offers plenty of room to store luggage, prams, shopping, wardrobe and more.
The separate kitchen offers a cooker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, 4-burner hob, dishwasher, sink, coffee maker and is fully equipped for the hobby cook.
The quietly situated bedroom with double bed (160x200 cm) has a spacious wardrobe, 2 bedside tables with reading lights. The windows can be darkened either by external shutters or by curtains.
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, WC, various cupboards and a shower with glass cubicle. Here, underfloor heating and a large towel heater provide pleasant comfort.
The living room of more than 20 sqm is equipped with a dining area, two sofas and TV with bar. The sofa beds can be rolled out and each has a comfortable mattress with slatted frame measuring 140x200 cm. Four additional persons can sleep here. From the living room you have a fantastic, unobstructed view of the countryside. The floor-to-ceiling windows can be darkened by electric external blinds.
The terrace is furnished with a dining table and four adjustable high-back chairs and a parasol.
A carport parking space is available exclusively for the guest of the Sellinkoje.
The price is for 2 persons in the low season.

The Sellinkoje is located on the ground floor of a new three-storey property in a very quiet but central location. The new building is at the end of a small cul-de-sac, which is only used by residents and holiday guests. The beach, Becker, Kurhaus, playground, small park and the pedestrian zone are within walking distance.

A wonderful week
We had a wonderful week on Rügen in the Sellinkoje! The apartment is very tastefully furnished, with everything one needs for a holiday. The Sellinkoje is located in a quiet residential area, yet the Wilhelmstraße and the pier can be reached in just a few minutes! We will definitely not be in the Sellinkoje for the last time. Highly recommended!!

You can't find a better place to stay in Sellin, on holiday, at this rental price. The apartment leaves nothing to be desired. The most beautiful pier on the Baltic Sea beach, long beaches, the famous beech forests on the steep coast, bakers, good restaurants; all this is within walking distance of this maritime furnished apartment. And there is always something to discover on Rügen.

Super nice holiday
The flat is super cosy, everything you need is there and super clean!
The location is perfect, whether on foot or by bike.
A very small minus point is the bed, very soft mattress and not perfect for back problems.

Relaxing time out
Very tastefully and practically furnished, ideal for four-legged friends due to the proximity to the forest. At the same time, you can be at the beach or in Wilhelmstraße in no time. The terrace invites you to relax, you have the sun there almost the whole day. We like to come back. The flat is not recommended for people who are not good on foot because of the slope. Otherwise everything is great.
