Very nice and high-quality furnished apartment with everything you need. The balcony with a view of the sea is huge and equipped with a large dining table and two sun loungers. Perfect! There is the possibility to combine this apartment with the one below. They are connected by a small spiral staircase. If you want to go on vacation with friends or parents, this is really great. Otherwise, there is a very thick locked door at the bottom of the spiral staircase, you live separately and don't hear anything from other tenants. The sofa bed with a mattress in the living room is also super comfortable and easy to handle. We used it in the evening for a cozy TV night. But I'm sure it's also great for sleeping for several nights. We will definitely come back!

We had a great stay at the residence. The apartment is excellent and in our opinion very tastefully furnished. Sufficient space, huge covered balcony. The beach is within walking distance. The support by Paradies Rügen was excellent, very patient and helpful with information.

From the first moment on, we felt very comfortable in the apartment. The apartment lacks nothing (except for a pasta strainer ;-)). The view of the Bodden from the really large balcony was very nice. The only slightly annoying thing is the street noise, without this background noise it would be perfect. But you could also sleep very well with the window open.

It was super great again. You always feel at home. Everything is clean and tidy. We've been in the same vacation apartment for 2 years in a row now and would go there again anytime.

We had a great stay at the residence. The apartment is top-notch and in our opinion very high-end furnished. Enough space, a huge covered balcony. The beach is within walking distance. The support by Paradies Rügen is top-notch, very patient and informative.

There is the option to combine this flat with the flat below. These are connected with a small spiral staircase. If you still want to go on holiday with friends or your parents, this is really ingenious. Otherwise, there is a very thick locked door at the bottom of the spiral staircase, so you live separately and don't hear anything from the other tenants. The sofa bed with mattress in the living room is also super comfortable and very easy to handle. We used it for a cosy TV evening. But I'm sure it's also great for sleeping for several nights. We will definitely be back!
