Apartment: The location with a view of the Lauterbach harbor is fantastic. The apartment, especially the living room, is extraordinarily spacious. One feels comfortable from the very first day. The elevator that stops directly at the apartment door is convenient. The terrace that wraps around three sides with three access points (kitchen, living room, bedroom) is wonderfully usable, everyone finds "their corner." Contact: The friendly contact, the handling of the booking, and especially the friendly support in the office in Bergen upon arrival, during a small self-inflicted problem during the vacation, and at departure should be especially mentioned. Thank you very much. Six stars.

The penthouse apartment is tastefully and stylishly furnished, it is very well equipped with dishes, glasses, cutlery, and kitchen utensils, all windows have electric roller shutters and partly insect screens, the view of the harbor from the terrace is very nice, ideal for a sundowner, restaurants and small shops are within walking distance and easily accessible.

We were now in this penthouse in Lauterbach / Rügen for the second time. It was absolutely top clean. And the beds were made. Overall, our impression was absolutely positive. They even set up a larger television. All in all, we felt completely comfortable. We will definitely come back.

Very beautiful large penthouse vacation apartment with its own great view of the Lauterbach harbor. The elevator goes directly into the apartment. Everything is on the ground floor except for a small threshold to the terrace. The apartment is therefore also recommended for guests with limited mobility and older guests. The showers are also on the ground level. The apartment is equipped with everything you need: stove, oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster... There is also a fireplace stove. The Wi-Fi is good in all areas. The manager Paradies Rügen is very reliable. Everything has worked perfectly repeatedly. They also responded immediately in case of repair needs. The cleaning staff is also super nice.

We found it very pleasant to retrieve the key to the apartment from a safe upon arrival and return it via a mailbox at the end of our stay. Our questions were quickly answered to our satisfaction by the landlord via email. The harbor residence is a very beautiful complex, and the apartment fully corresponds to the landlord's description.
