The view, the rooms of the apartment, and the existing furnishings were great. Very nice modern bathroom. Cleanliness was generally present. The beach chair that came with it was perfect.

We know and appreciate the "HardesWohnung." It is beautifully restored, well-maintained, high-quality, and invitingly furnished (even if the sofa-chair covers are slowly aging, well-kept, and clean..) And we are always thrilled by the location; central yet quiet.

Located at the quiet end of the beach promenade, just before the beautiful forest towards Sellin, a great apartment with a real sea view is offered. Only a few steps separate you from the beach, with your own beach chair and the sea. The winter garden is wonderful and invites you to linger. The direct access to a small green spot outdoors is very pleasant. The private designated parking space right next to the entrance under your own small balcony completes everything.
