Great accommodation directly by the sea in the front row at the most beautiful stretch of beach in Rügen - with a wide view all the way to the chalk cliffs! Everything is easily accessible on foot, including the train station, pedestrian zone, and spa house with seawalk. Awesome penthouse!

Great location in the front row with a wide view from the penthouse (the apartment is at the top/roof) over the Binz pier to the chalk cliffs - behind the house is the Kranitz forest with the rustling of the trees, it doesn't get better or more relaxing - yet super central directly in Binz, own parking space, just a few steps to the city center or great restaurants.

Insane lake view from the penthouse and right by the sea, very quiet – the sea in front of the house, behind it the forests of Granitz – but still super central, just a few minutes' walk to the center of Binz. 5 stars, highly recommended at any time. Also well accessible by train/public transport.

It is not without reason that we have been coming back to the fisherman’s beach for many years. And we don’t mind observing that the "over-the-top" Chickimicki projects like Rheingold and Céres were not able to establish themselves directly in Binz. We greatly regret the loss of Sigi's espresso bar and are grateful for the consistently good offerings from Toni Münsterteichers Strandhalle and the Doldenmädel, which we still remember from the time when it was called "Alten Fritz." The renovation of the restroom cabins is a good thing, especially for retirees, and the fact that the leaves are still raked every morning in front of many villas is a small but nice detail.

As always very beautiful - ideal vacation with maximum relaxation factor. Penthouse apartment (you feel like in your own house with a large terrace) directly by the sea and the Granitz forest but still right in Binz, just a few minutes walk to the center. Unrestrictedly recommended.

Directly by the sea & forest. Unique view, very quiet yet super central in Binz. Apartment 35 is the "penthouse" on the roof just for us. Always gladly again. Very large, great, shady terrace (balcony) with a view of the chalk cliffs, pier, and beach/sea. Private parking space, massage chair, and 2 televisions. (-;

We have already been to the aparthotel for the third time. For us, the overall package is simply perfect. The most notable is the wonderful view of the sea and the quiet location. Since we always travel with our dog, the proximity to the dog beach is priceless. Additionally, the Granitz invites great walks. We love it.
