Air-conditioning) 2 comfortable shower bathrooms. Living room with SAT-TV, large 43" screen, SAT-Receiver with all
german TV programmes, SAT stereo. Soapstone stove, spacious seating area, tasteful accessories, very homelike
homely ambience. CDs, books, games and information material about the surroundings are available. Spacious
Dining area, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, large gas hob with 5 burners, electric convection oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, all necessary kitchen utensils, extensive crockery, glasses, cutlery)
Storage room with washing machine, dryer and ironing utensils. Winter garden with comfortable seating area and SAT stereo, large pool terrace with
Pool terrace with 6 sunbeds, sunshades, outdoor shower -cold and warm-, covered terrace with large mosaic
Mosaic iron table and 6-seating. SOLAR HOT WATER FACILITY: Outdoor barbecue with teak table,
Bench and chairs Secluded 800sqm plot with wonderful views from the Bernia mountains to the
Montgó mountain. Large landscaped garden with natural stone walls and steps. Heat pump and pool cover
heated swimming pool, so that bathing is also fun in the cooler season. Pool for the exclusive use of our
exclusive use. Gas central heating, mosquito blinds, shutters, window grills are provided, as well as
SAT-TV in all bedrooms. Included in the respective rental price are: Gas, electricity, water, air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms, free internet (WLAN). The weekly rental price is €1.090,00
the final cleaning with € 150,00.
The bed linen is provided in a linen package (1 set of bed linen, 2 towels, 1 shower sheet, tea towels). Price € 12,00 per person. You cannot bring your own linen!
The deposit amounts to € 200.00. It will be refunded immediately after you have left the
Immediately after leaving the house. The villa "La Solana" is situated near the border to Moraira in the open urbanisation La Joya at the foot of the Puig Llorensa
of the Puig Llorensa. The house is located at the end of a small street (dead end) with a total of 7 houses.

You can reach our holiday villa by plane via the airports Alicante and Valencia, which are approx. 90 KM and 130 KM away respectively. If you are travelling by car, also from the airports, please use the AP 7 motorway to the Benissa exit. From there, drive via Teulada in the direction of Moraira.
At the beginning of Moraira you will come to a roundabout (new ALDI building). Here you drive in the direction of Benitachell until you reach the MERCADONA supermarket roundabout. From here, our residential area "La Joya" is already clearly signposted.
Now it is approx. 1.2 km to Villa "La Solana" in La Joya 21

| The house and safe keys will be sent by post, so that a free arrival time on the day of arrival is possible from 4.30 pm. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage on the covered terrace until the cleaning staff has finished their work. Due to the key delivery, the booking must be made at least 14 days before arrival! |

Our small street is a cul-de-sac with a turnaround and there are only 7 houses on it.
It is very quiet and there is plenty of space for vehicles on the street. Most of our guests park their car or rental car outside the property for convenience, but everyone is welcome to do so.

M y name is Rüdiger Neuhäuser, I am 79 years old. Until I retired, I worked as a bank branch manager at the Paderborner Volksbank. Since 1979, our family had a small holiday home in Moraira, which was replaced by "Villa La Solana" in Benitachell in 1999. In recent years, our house has been occupied by us and our family for about 8 months a year by us and our family. During the remaining time it can be rented.
