The holiday flat is located approx. 120 km south of Valencia and approx. 100 km north of Alicante. The airport of Valencia or Alicante can be reached cheaply with Ryanair. Car hire available there.
The penthouse is located approx. 330 metres above the sea and there is always a light breeze. Therefore, air conditioning is not necessary. A pool area with 2 pools one above the other and breathtaking views is available to residents free of charge.

- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.
