The holiday home, built in 2020, with 154 square metres of living space is the last house in a small new development at the end of the cul-de-sac (play street, perfect for children).
There is room for 7 people in the house. With 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, this modern and well-equipped holiday home offers plenty of space for free development.
You enter the house through a small anteroom where there is enough space for your street/fishing clothes and shoes. Afterwards, you come directly into the spacious and openly designed cooking, dining and living area. Perfect for spending evenings cooking and socialising with the whole family or holiday group. In front, a beautiful wooden terrace stretches across the entire width of the house. Who wouldn't want to watch the unique Swedish sunset here?
The modern kitchen offers everything your heart desires. Refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and wine fridge are available. The house has recently been completely refurbished and leaves nothing to be desired.
The four bedrooms are arranged as follows: In the first bedroom there is a large double bed. In bedroom 2 and 3 there are two single beds each (0.9m x 2.00m). In the fourth bedroom there is the last single bed (1.2m x 2.00m). In addition, there are two full bathrooms in the house, each equipped with WC, washbasin and shower. In one of the bathrooms there is also an extra bathtub.
The house has a Tvättstuga (laundry room) with washing machine, dryer, sink and enough space and storage facilities for laundry, as well as rain and fishing clothes. The cottage also has a double carport with two additional lockable rooms for e.g. bicycles or fishing equipment.
From the west terrace of the house you have a MEGA sea view. Garden furniture for 7 people is of course also available. A barbecue, as well as fast W-Lan and of course the new Finval Rangy with 50HP complete the offer of the house. There is also underfloor heating throughout the house, so that you can enjoy a pleasant room temperature at any time of the year.
There are numerous recreational opportunities in the surrounding area: only about 300m as the crow flies, there is a bathing beach, as well as a bathing jetty by the sea. The boat harbour is also within walking distance (approx. 5min). There are of course numerous parking possibilities. Ivosjön is only a few minutes' drive from the holiday home - Skåne's largest lake offers numerous excursion and leisure opportunities for the whole family.

As a second boat, a Linder 30hp helm can be rented.
The modern boat is located only 500 metres away at a small boat harbour and offers fishing fun deluxe.

Deposit SEK 6.000,- by bank transfer in advance (will be refunded by bank transfer after departure).
Electricity, water and waste charges are included in the rental price.
