Description
The flat is approx. 135 sqm and has light-flooded sea view rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, electric cooker with oven, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and much more. The living/dining room is furnished with a large corner leather sofa, a table, chairs and TV with German. The house has a glass door with exit to the sea. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed and a large wardrobe. In this holiday home there is a bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine and dryer. The holiday home is heated with an air/air system.

The flat is part of a property of an old fish factory (disused). Parking is available on the property. This gives you the unique opportunity to live close to the sea. There is also the possibility to bring your own boat and go out on the sea on your own.
A very beautiful nature reserve is only a few minutes' walk away. Sölvesborg is eight km to the west. The nearest beautiful sandy beach is 100 m away. For anglers and canoeists, the salmon river Mörrumsån (25 km), the fishing paradise Harasjömåla (48 km) and the canoeing area Halen (45 km, also rental) are within easy reach. We recommend a boat trip to the island of Hanö from Nogersund (four km). There is also a larger supermarket nearby (four km), which is open all week, and a German restaurant with a beer garden (eight km). Here you can also buy home-made German bratwurst. We also have a very good fish restaurant in the neighbouring harbour. ( Kajutan i Hörvik )

For bookings from the 55th day before the arrival date, the entire rental price must be transferred immediately. A deposit of 250 euros must be paid by the tenant upon arrival at the holiday home. The deposit will be refunded after acceptance of the holiday home by the landlord on the day of departure. THE LESSOR WILL BE ON SITE AT ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE, unless departure is very early in the morning or at night. In this case, the deposit will be refunded later by bank transfer. |

The surrounding area is very suitable for cycling tours.We also offer fishing trips on the Baltic Sea, which of course have to be adapted to the wind and weather at short notice.

we like to come again
We stayed for a week as a family of five and a dog in the beautiful Waterfront holiday flat. we felt completely at home. The fenced-in area on the former fishing factory meant we were undisturbed and could also keep the dog well. we had a wonderful view of the small harbour, Hörvik and the island of Hanö. The great hospitality of our landlords Sören and Nicole was particularly noteworthy. We didn't want for anything, we could ask for help at any time and got great excursion tips from them. we really appreciated the surroundings with small sandy beaches, good cycling and hiking paths and the many pretty houses. we will definitely be back!
