Laundry package for 14 days too small. It would be nice to have one hand towel and one bath towel per week and per person. Otherwise, everything was great. Thank you again to the Heck family. We also found it very good that the organization was handled through Kur und Tourist GmbH, so there was always a contact person and one was informed about the receipt of payments, for example. The team was always very friendly when we had questions over the phone.

We booked the accommodation through "Booking." It stated that there might be additional costs associated with our price. Tourist tax is normal for us. Shortly before our arrival, we found out that we needed to book a "linen package" additionally. However, this was quickly clarified with a phone call to you. Thank you for that. Such things should be mentioned in the "Booking" offer. Otherwise, everything was great. And the apartment was really top-notch.
