Description
Le Rivage is a small holiday park about 600 m from the sea.
Our house (DH) offers space for 6 persons with a living room with dining area, kitchen, hall, G-WC and berging on the ground floor. From the living room you reach the large terrace with garden.
On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms with 2 beds each (no bunk beds) and a shower room with toilet.
Directly at the house you have a parking space, more and e-charging stations can be found at the nearby car park, which belongs to the park.
The ground floor is completely tiled, stairs and bedrooms are carpeted, gas central heating, ISO glazing, well maintained furnishings.
Flat screen TV, radio/CD, microwave/hot air/grill, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, iron, ironing board, clothes horse, children's high chair, cot, stair gate, garden furniture, sunshades, washing machine

In the park there are 2 playgrounds with trampoline, table tennis table, sandpit, boules alley
there is also a restaurant directly in the holiday park.
The house is a non-smoking house and we rent without pets.

Location and surroundings of object
The family-friendly holiday park "Badresidentie Le Rivage" is a household name in the region. Within walking distance you can reach the wide sandy beach and beautiful dune walking paths.
As a direct neighbour of Cadzand Bad and the fashionable seaside resort of Knokke-Heist, not much further away on the Belgian side.
Also within easy reach is Breskens/ harbour town with the ferry to Vlissingen (Middelburg),
Sluis for strolling and shopping, St. Anne of the Muiden.
