In the historical ambience, our lovingly, high-quality, stylish and individually furnished flat "Flut" welcomes you.

The stately villa was renovated by us with mineral colours and building materials in accordance with the preservation order,
It offers art, culture, nature and city at the same time.
The flat is suitable for max. It has a fully equipped open kitchen with microwave, a cosy living/dining room and a 15m2 terrace with access to the garden.
Fibre optic connection with 300mbs, is available.

The flats were previously used as an exhibition-concert-seminar and working space for a renowned artist, who had lived and worked in the house for 15y until 2020. For the renovation/change of use in 2021, in consultation with the upper and lower monument authorities, we have attached importance to protecting the old and restoring it ecologically/sustainably with mineral building materials. With the help of spolia you can see what it looked like before.
The flats are partly furnished with the artist's furniture and art, but also with furniture from the Becker family (see more on our website, Beckerhaus-Esens), which was previously reworked and restored.

The weekly market is held directly opposite on the church square on Wednesdays and on the market square on Saturdays.
Next door there is a regional shop run by Doreen and Uwe with homemade soups and pastries, as well as fresh strawberries from the region from April to September.
Walking/jogging: Straight ahead through the garden over the footbridge, go left, right approx. 300m and you come to the canal, this leads to the sea to Bensersiel approx. 3km.
