The flat has a large spacious living room, also a large spacious bedroom, with the possibility to put a mattress for infants (provided by us) or a cot. (Travel cot and high chair are provided)
Children please only after personal arrangement and age indication.
A maximum of 2 adults and 2 children are possible
Unfortunately, we will no longer accept pets (dogs). We had two occupancies with dogs, which were unacceptable in retrospect.
We are sorry for this, but we also have to think of possible allergy sufferers as successors.
There is a private parking space and contactless access to the apartment. In the garden there are two cosy sitting areas where you can relax or have a barbecue.
Towels and bed linen are of course provided. In case of a longer stay, they will be changed, of course.
A booking request should not be less than 5 nights in the high season.
Smoking is not allowed in the flat, for this purpose the seating areas in the garden are provided.
A note for those arriving at the weekend: the supermarkets (Edeka and Netto) are also open at weekends.

We would like to inform our existing and potential new guests for 2023 that we will have to increase our prices next year. The current situation in the energy sector and the associated price increases will leave us no other way out.
Expected prices for 2023:
1. FeWo per day = 50,00€
2. Per additional person on the sofa bed = 10,00€
3. Surcharge for children (with provided cot + high chair) = 2,50€
4. Surcharge for children over 4 years (with extra mattress) = 5,00€
5. Final cleaning = 45,00€
6. Visitor's tax from 16 years = 3,20€
7. Visitor's tax from 6 years = 1,00€
We would also like to inform you that we only rent out from 01.04.2023 - 15.10.2023
Outside this period we require an energy surcharge, which depends on the length of stay

We were received very kindly.
The couple immediately inquired if we had arrived well.
They did not let us lack anything, yet they were never intrusive.
Since there was also a small kitchen (dishes were available), cooking was also quite possible.
The very quiet location was just right for relaxing.
The amenities of the vacation apartment were good, everything necessary (supermarket or restaurant) was nearby.
It was a very beautiful and relaxing vacation, we would gladly return.

Relaxing vacation
Good and clean vacation apartment. It was equipped with everything needed for a holiday. Very comfortable bed, which is important to us due to back problems. A small, nice area was set up in the garden for the guests. The hosts were very warm, helpful, and made great efforts to ensure the guests had a lovely stay in their home. Highly recommended. Would book again at any time.
