Spend a wonderful holiday in this inviting holiday flat on the ground floor of a typical Italian apartment building. It is comfortably furnished and provides the ideal setting for a stay that you will remember with pleasure for a long time. Relax on the terrace with a view of the beautiful villa opposite.
Head to the beach and spend wonderful days full of swimming fun and sun. The whole coast of Liguria is a single collection of dreamlike places. Enjoy the combination of mountains and sea, which is hard to get enough of. This part of Liguria is also called the Palm Riviera. Long sandy beaches, hidden bays and beautiful promenades adorned with palm trees will make your holiday unique.
The nearby beaches of Albissola Marina or Savona are both 2.5 km away, an ideal distance by bike. The centre at the marina is 1.1 km away on foot.
Alternatively, take the bus, the bus stop is only 100 m from the flat.
Experience impressive baroque churches in Savona or visit the old fortress Fortezza del Priamar, from where you have a wonderful view. Stroll through the city, enjoy a delicious gelato and a good espresso in the afternoon and indulge in the rich Ligurian gastronomy in the evening.

The flat is located on the eastern outskirts of Savona, 1.1 km walk to the city centre or to the tower at the marina.
It is 4 km to the Albisola Superiore motorway exit and 2.5 km to Savona railway station.
A bar, a pizzeria and a small shop are 300 m away, the bus stop is 100 m away.
Parking directly at the house subject to availability, free parking is usually always available 300 m away
The flat is located in a quiet apartment building, therefore an adapted behaviour of the tenants is desired.
Renting to youth groups is not possible.
Tenants from the Allgäu and Upper Swabia can pick up the flat key in 88410 Arnach.

Great, spontaneous vacation
We rescheduled our vacation at very short notice and came across the BellaLiguria apartment. Mr. Hengge handled the booking for us very easily and assisted us with advice and action. It was a great week for us, with no wishes left unfulfilled. Savona is a great city with many delicious restaurants and sights. The apartment offers everything you need. We will definitely come back!

Very nice holiday apartment close to the city center
We were able to fully enjoy our one-week stay in Savona thanks to the vacation apartment. It offers sufficient space and has a spacious balcony. The apartment is in a very good and clean condition.
It takes less than ten minutes on foot to reach the center of Savona. However, due to the elevated location of the property compared to the center, it is worth bringing bicycles for a longer vacation or renting them on site.
Very well suited for family vacations for up to four people. The accommodation offers a bedroom with a double bed. In the living room, a sofa bed provides space for two more people.
I would come back anytime.

Wir waren Ende Mai in der Ferienwohnung im Urlaub. Alles hat rundum gepasst. Eine sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit Terrasse und sehr freundliche Vermieter. Gerne wieder mal.

Beautiful holiday apartment.
The holiday apartment with a beautiful terrace (including loungers and sunshade) is very cozy and of high quality. It leaves nothing to be desired to be able to spend a great vacation there.
There are good bus connections (about 100 m from the house) and train connections (from Savona), to reach beautiful coastal towns such as Celle Ligure or Finale Ligure at an affordable price.
In the port of Savona, you can enjoy the evening in the numerous bars.
