The two-room apartment for 4 people is a spacious, comfortable SUPERIOR two-room apartment with a new double bedroom, living room with a pull-out sofa for 2 people, kitchenette with new kitchen, fridge with freezer, microwave, large bathroom with window, microwave, air conditioning (payable by consumption), long balcony.
The apartment is bright and comfortable.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. On request, other types of apartments are available, both two-room and three-room. The Residence is suitable for families with children and friends, it is located less than 750 meters from the sandy beach of Pietra Ligure, in a panoramic position among olive and lemon trees. Surrounded by greenery, close to shops (a large supermarket is 300 meters away), and away from the railway and noisy roads. The Residence has free outdoor private parking (one spot per apartment), paid indoor private garage, 2 swimming pools (1 for adults and 1 for children), deck chairs, umbrellas and sunbeds by the pool until capacity is reached.
The pools are open from May to September (request opening and closing dates) from 9 to 12:30 and from 14:30 to 19. In the residence, there is a spacious furnished patio, bar, children's games, gym, reception, library, information office for excursions, coin-operated laundry, bicycles, bike room, ping pong, workshops and entertainment for adults and children from July to August, private shuttle service from Monday to Friday at established times.
Upon request, we can provide names of private beaches. In the area, there is a private beach, equipped municipal beach, and free beach. Upon request, there is the possibility to organize sailing excursions, inflatable boat trips, snorkeling, whale watching trips, mountain biking trips, hiking to explore the Ligurian Riviera outdoors, fishing trips, inland walks, horseback riding, guided tours in museums, and visits to discover the historic cities of Albenga, Noli, Savona, Genoa.
