Magnificent residential area 3 km outside the city centre of Lloret de Mar and 8 km from the village of Tossa de Mar.
In this residential area you will find one of the best beaches of the Costa Brava, Cala Canyelles, which gives its name to the villa park. The cove has the blue flag award for its clean and clear waters.
Our office is located in the centre of the area next to the large swimming pool, snack bar, launderette, bus stop, excellent restaurant and mini market.
The villa park has a diving school and a sports club that offers various activities such as paddle, tennis, summer courses and lots of water sports on the beach (water skiing, sailing, kayaks, banana, wakeboard, pedal boat rental, etc.).
The beach impresses with its family atmosphere, pleasant sand and crystal clear water. There is a small marina next to the beach. As a service, it has a car park, children's playground, sunshade and sunbed rental, showers, toilets, first aid and beach bar. In high season, various boats stop daily at the beach to make excursions along the coast.
Directly in the bay you will find another restaurant with direct sea view highly recommended to eat Mediterranean dishes and fresh fish.
Due to its location and the beautiful landscape, this residential park is also excellent for hiking or walking with pets.

Cancellation terms:
Cancellations For cancellations, the following costs will be charged against the total rental price. The date of receipt is the current date. Up to 46 days before arrival: 25% 45 days to 35 days before arrival: 50% 35 days to 3 days before arrival: 80% From the third day before arrival or in case of no-show: 90% Playa Arena accepts cancellation of the reservation only in writing and with a copy of the cause of action due to force majeure, and only for the following reasons: death of a family member or personal or family accident. We recommend taking out travel insurance. The valid date of cancellation is the day of receipt of the fax +34972372009 or the email. Should the reserved rental property be unavailable before arrival due to force majeure or another reason, Playa Arena recommends accommodation with similar characteristics. If this does not suit your preference or no alternative is available, Playa Arena will refund the amount paid. The tenants have no right to demand more than this amount. The rental contract is issued in the name of the tenant and therefore cannot be transferred in whole or in part to another person. In doing so, the tenant waives Sections 31, 32, and 33 of the Rental Law and thus relinquishes rights to lease continuation, claim transfer, assignment, or transfer, whether in whole or in parts. As determined in paragraph 3 of Article 4 of the current Rental Law, the rental contract is subject to this or the paragraphs of the Civil Code. If these obligations are not fulfilled, the landlord must pay as liquidated damages, an amount equivalent to three times the daily rent, for each week the property was available to the landlord, regardless of the costs, expenses, compensations, legal fees, and attorney costs, even if intervention was not necessary. In accordance with current data protection legislation, the customer agrees that their data can be included in a file and used for the rental contract. You may exercise your rights to access, correct, delete, and object at any time.

- Description of the location
The houses are located in one of the most beautiful places of the Costa Brava, 3 km from the lively Lloret de Mar and 12 km. from the romantic fishing village of Tossa de Mar. Steep coasts and sandy beaches. Surrounded by mountains, pine and oak forests in a very quiet location.
The houses are situated at a sea level between 80 and 100 metres. The distance to the beach varies between 200 and 3500 metres.
- Activities
In the centre of the Cala Canyelles settlement there is a laundry, restaurant, bar, swimming pool (25m x 10m) and tennis court. Yacht club with boat mooring hire, diving and water ski school, kayaking, sailing and other water sports. Beach umbrella and sun lounger hire. Car hire, horse riding, excursions and nearby various golf courses pitch and putt.
Note that in low season some activities are not offered.
- Arrival
Arrival should be between 4pm and 8pm. Arrival outside this time must be notified. Arrivals between 8pm and midnight must be notified by telephone at least 2 hours in advance and will incur a charge of €20.
Guests are received at the Playa Arena office, which is located in the Cala Canyelles development. Registration and payment take place at this office. We will then accompany you to the rental property, explain the details of the house in detail and hand over the keys.
How to get there: Motorway AP-7, exit (sortida) n° 9 in the direction of Lloret de Mar. In Lloret de Mar drive in the direction of Tossa de Mar. After 2.5 km, take the Cala Canyelles exit. Go straight on until you reach the square. The PLAYA ARENA office is on the right side of the square (Ronda Europa 5, 17310 Lloret de Mar, tel. +34972364930).
- Departure
Departure must be before 10 am. One day before departure, make an appointment at the office for the house inspection.
The final cleaning includes that the rental property is handed over in perfect condition, i.e. basic cleaning, dishes washed and tidied, bed linen removed and folded and left at the entrance of the house, rubbish in the appropriate bins, etc. If the house is not in this condition, an extra service will be charged, which will be deducted from the deposit.
