Great apartment, unfortunately service is lacking
Apartment and location are great, the facilities as well. Criticisms: The parking space is barely navigable even with a medium-sized car, as it is bordered by two senseless trees on the left and right and a flower pot. Maneuvering is only possible with a helper, otherwise there is a high risk of collision. Another criticism: the bicycles brought along were supposed to be stored in a shed, which was however full of junk up to the top - despite there being an official, beautiful bike shed on the premises. However, guests do not receive a key to this shed. We immediately inquired about this, but the landlord and agency did not deem it necessary to reply and simply ignored the issue. Since heavy storms were raging at the time, we had to partially bring the bikes into the apartment! Good service looks different unfortunately. Conclusion: Great apartment with significant service deficiencies.

Apartment and location are great, the facilities too. Points of criticism: The parking space is barely passable even with a car of medium size, as it is limited by two useless trees on the left and right as well as a flower pot. Maneuvering is only possible with the help of a person, otherwise there is a high risk of impact. Further criticism: the bicycles we brought should supposedly be stored in a shed, which was however full of rubbish - and this, despite there being an official, beautiful bicycle shed on the property. However, guests do not receive a key for it. We immediately inquired about it, but the landlord and agency did not deem it necessary to respond to us and simply ignored the problem. As there were severe storms at that time, we had to partially bring the bikes into the apartment! Good service looks different, unfortunately. Conclusion: Great apartment with significant service deficiencies.

A very beautiful apartment
Very large and modern apartment with loving furnishings. We felt very comfortable here. The apartment is nicely centrally located and is an ideal starting point for cycling tours. We could store the bikes in the shed, unfortunately it is not lockable. Particularly noteworthy is the friendly and always reliable communication with the agency.

good communication and flexibility to meet needs, even spontaneously. The apartment and especially the outdoor area are very nice and ready to make you feel comfortable. I used the apartment as a single person, but I also see it as suitable for 2+ people. The city center and shopping facilities are really quickly accessible. The only things to consider might be the very close kindergarten in terms of noise during the week, and what I would still wish for is a TV including Netflix, etc. I felt really well taken care of and can only recommend this apartment!
