Shopping facilities (real-Inselmarkt), bakery and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity (approx. 800 m). The Breeger harbour, approx. 500 m away, offers excursion possibilities by ship to the island of Hiddensee, Bodden trips, crane trips and to the Störtebeker Festival. Optimal cycling and hiking possibilities round off the offer. Pets are unfortunately not allowed in consideration of allergy sufferers!

Villa Anja" is a modern holiday home with a plot of approx. 878 sqm. The lovingly furnished holiday home is completely fenced and has all the comforts you could wish for a relaxing holiday. Free internet (WLAN) is available. "Villa Anja" is a non-smoking house. Underfloor heating is in the entire house. Fly screens are available on the ground floor and upper floor. High chair (without fall-out protection for children who sit independently) & travel cot are available. Covered bicycle storage at the house (carport), 2 car parking spaces are directly at the property.
