The attractive 2.5 room apartment for 2 people is located in a holiday residence with panoramic views of Lake Maggiore. The apartment is distributed in two rooms. Over the hallway with cloakroom you reach the open living area, which offers a magnificent view of the lake and the mountains. It is equipped with a fitted kitchen, a wooden dining table with 4 comfortable leather chairs and a leather sofa to relax and a flat screen TV. The large terrace offers comfortable lounge furniture and sun loungers. Here the sun shines from morning to afternoon, then you can use the large terrace directly on the roof of the apartment and enjoy the evening sun. Bathroom with walk-in glass shower / WC and vanity. Bedroom with double bed. A reserved parking space is available on the private parking deck.

The holiday residence Collina d'Oro is located in the mediterranean holiday resort of Orselina on the mountainside above Locarno and offers a breathtaking view. Optimal starting point for many leisure activities. Locarno and Ascona are in the neighborhood. From Orselina you can either walk up a staircase to the lakeside in Locarno or take the funicular "Funicolare" in about 15 minutes to the center of Locarno. The bus stop is also within a few minutes. In Orselina there is a small shop for daily needs. The numerous restaurants, cafes and grottos in Orselina and Locarno offer a wide range of culinary delights. The wonderful Parco di Orselina, with its magnificent amphitheater, hosts many cultural and culinary events every year.

You can play golf in Ascona, Losone or Locarno. Shopping is great fun at the selected and well-stocked boutiques and specialty shops in Locarno and Ascona.
