In this spacious 3.5 room flat you live like in a family home. The beautiful flat impresses above all with its generous space, the terrace and the private garden with sunbathing lawn. Thanks to the large panoramic windows, you can enjoy a fantastic view that has postcard quality. The flat has a living, dining room with dining table, a comfortable sofa and armchairs. The kitchen is equipped with modern household appliances. From the kitchen you can access the large terrace, which is equipped with a dining table, sun loungers and a gas barbecue. On this level there are two double bedrooms, which also offer a great view, as well as two bathrooms with shower / WC. A walk-in wardrobe and a wardrobe complete the offer. On the lower floor is a garden seating area with lawn. A bistro table and chairs are provided. A reserved parking space in the garage is available.

The flat house "Monte Fiorito" is located below the village of Orselina, only a few minutes by car from Locarno. The nearest bus stop is only a few metres away. In Orselina you will find restaurants, a bakery and a small shop. Orselina is known for the pilgrimage church Madonna del Sasso. The modern cable car takes you from Orselina to Cardada in just a few minutes and then by chairlift to Cimetta at 1670 metres, an easily accessible vantage point with many hiking opportunities.

Orselina is located above Locarno, high above the Lake Maggiore with a sensational view of the lake and the surrounding valleys. The municipality Orselina occupies a privileged place in the of the bay of Locarno.
Just in a few minutes you are in Locarno or Ascona, in the middle of action. From the quiet part to the central location, your holiday will be a fun-filled experience. An optimal starting point for many leisure activities. Even without a car Orselina is well connected by bus or the funicular that leads directly into the center of Locarno. In the wonderful Parco di Orselina, with its magnificent amphitheater, you will find many cultural and culinary events every year.
Orselina is known for the Sanctuary of the Madonna del Sasso. Another striking point in the municipality is the completely renewed (in the year 2000) cableway that brings you to Cardada, the local mountain of Locarno. The design of the cabins, as well as the stations, was designed by the Ticino architect Mario Botta.
If you search something fancy, a special treat or want to buy your breakfast rolls fresh every day, visit the Caffè Pasticceria Cecchettin. It is recommended especially for those who loves sweets.

A great large and well-equipped apartment that offers a fantastic view of Lake Maggiore through panoramic windows. Since it is located quite far above Locarno, one is dependent on public transport without a car, unless one wants to climb 700 steps. The bus directly to the apartment runs only once an hour. An alternative is the funicular, which is just a few minutes' walk away but costs more. A bakery and a small supermarket are within walking distance of the apartment, as well as restaurants. The view from the apartment compensates in any case for the stair climbing when you miss the bus. We would definitely recommend the apartment.
