The holiday flat is located in the Devin district directly on the Strelasund and Lake Devin. The beach is 100 m away and the pier is also located here.
Shopping facilities nearby approx. 2 km, a restaurant approx. 150 m
is within walking distance. Devin is connected to the public transport system.
Stralsund has many sights: the Stralsund crossing, churches, monastery, maritime museum, Ozeaneum and much more.
Activities on holiday e.g. fishing, cycling, swimming, hiking and visiting the ZOO.
Easy access via the A20 and A19 motorways and the Rügen feeder road.
