Description
Our parents bought this house 30 years ago and put a lot of energy into making it beautiful and cosy while keeping the Swedish style. It is perfect for a family of 5 (although it can sleep 9). We invite you to spend your time in this house while we are not using it ourselves.
It has a cosy living room with couch and fireplace, dining table for 6 people. In a separate kitchen you will find everything you need. The 2 bedrooms have a double bed and 3 beds (1 bunk bed for 2 and a separate bed). There is a bathroom with a shower. The large covered terrace can be used all day in summer or for drinking coffee on autumn and winter days.
In the basement there is a large bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine. There is a room that is used as an office or guest room and a 3rd bedroom with a double bed. The windows make it very bright.
The house has air conditioning so you can cool down on hot Swedish summer days or warm up on colder days.
The large garden offers plenty of space for all kinds of activities. A coal barbecue and a gas barbecue are in the shed. You can also park your bicycle here. Your car can also be parked on the property.

Location and surroundings of object
Our cosy house is close to stunning lakes where you can spend the whole day or hike through forests, fish or shop in Kalmar, Oskarshamn, etc. There are plenty of tourist attractions: Dresine driving, Astrid Lindgren's World, skiing in winter, moose park, glass making, many Swedish cafés or boutiques.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.
