A very nice experience! To be recommended!
First of all, it should be said that the house is very beautiful and very well equipped.
The location may take some getting used to at first glance (gravel road with many potholes and ups and downs over a length of approx. 3 km), but it is beautifully situated in the forest, with a view (not entirely unobstructed) of the lake.
The sauna and the surrounding area are great.
However, the private beach is rather a small beach and not really worth mentioning, as well as difficult to find the first time and the path to the lake is quite steep and not very nice. Furthermore, the lake has many stones and rocks, so that swimming is almost impossible without pain.
All in all, however, it is really recommendable and absolutely fine for the price
PS: the bathroom is 1A!

8km bis nach Mallila (meiner Kenntnis nach erster Einkaufladen)
Vimmerby (Lindgrens Welt & Geburtshaus usw.); Elchpark Visum (Achtung: Saisonende 06.09.), Glaswerke in Kosta usw.
free time activities: Rudern, Wandern, Radfahren (aber nur mit dem Mountainbike), Angeln, Entspannen!
shopping facilities: Kleine in der "ländlichen" Gegend üblichen ICA und CoopKonsum.
Im Gegensatz zur allgemeinen Meinung durchaus bezahlbar, natürlich etwas teurer als in Deutschland aber auch nur etwas.
Erster Laden in ca. 8km Entfernung, größere Einkaufläden in 12-18km Entfernung.
