Our house has been lovingly renovated and furnished by us over a long period of time. With us, you have the opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and cater for yourself. Enjoy the fantastic view of the mountains and the river from the sun terrace. The house has 9 rooms and 17 beds. From the living room you can go directly to the roof terrace. In the garden you can barbecue and sit together comfortably. On the ground floor there is an air hockey table with a digital display for fun in between. There are three separate toilets and two ground-level showers with sinks. Bed linen, towels, and hygiene products, as well as the final cleaning, are included in the price.
Up to 8 cars can park for free directly at the house on our property.
The house is popular with families with children, children's and youth homes, students working on writing assignments, motorcycle groups, meetings, and much more! Dogs are also welcome here, dogs stay free of charge, only due to the increased effort, the fur must be removed by yourself . . .

The bus is in the immediate vicinity, within walking distance. Situated in the mountain village of Zorge in the Harz Mountains, the Ferienhaus am Fluss is a 9-bedroom accommodation with 20 beds. Free parking spaces are available for you, as well as a garage. The holiday home is 50 metres from the village centre and 17 km from the Oberharz National Park. The accommodation offers access to a large terrace on the first floor, which can be accessed from the living room. There is also a garden with barbecue and seating. On the first floor there is a well-equipped kitchen, a flat-screen TV with DVD player and a stereo system. You can enjoy mountain, garden and river views from the terrace. The house is an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours in the area. Nearby there is a playground and much to discover ! Not far from the mountain village Zorge there are ski and toboggan slopes Wurmberg, Torfhaus or the Brocken. With the car or bus you can reach an ice skating rink, Tobewelt, fun pool or climbing hall in a few kilometres.brochures and information can be found in our accommodation. From 10 p.m. onwards, quiet hours apply in the outdoor area and on the rooftop terrace out of consideration for our neighbors! Thank you very much!!
