Wonderful rural house located on a hill in La Higuera close to Villanueva de la Concepción in the interior of Andalusia. The house has stunning views of the mountain range Sierra del Sur and the nature park "El Torcal" to the Meditterrane coast of the Costa del Sol. Unique!
5 minutes in the car is the village of La Joya, 10 minutes Vva de la Concepción. In both villages are shops, bakeries, pharmacies, bars and restaurants. Recommendations in the nearby area include a visit to the beautiful town of Antequera, the natural park El Torcal, the King's path "El Caminito del Rey" and El Chorro. Because of its location and accessibility the house is a ideal base to make trips to Malaga with its beautiful promenade and various museums, to the beach or to Granada, Cordoba or Ronda.
The house is built in a rustic style, comfortably furnished and well equipped. Outside there is a large private garden with swimming pool and a sitting area with comfortable teak furniture. The plot is fenced. A big old olive tree provides shade for those hot summer days.

The cottage was complete. We did not miss both inside and out. The setting was great. Nature ... the stilte..en also the goat bells. A must for nature lovers

Beautiful location, rusig with fantastic views of El Torcal.Ruime well cared woning.In May the water in the pool is too cold, this is the only minpunt.De owner is friendly, and contracted us home grown vegetables , which we tasted fine.

Villa Tere is very nice with a special view from the terrace on a beautiful panoramic landscape and the rocks of the El Torcal Natural Park. Early in May the water in the pool even in the very cold side.
