The standig individually holiday home, renovated in 2001 is in the typical country style furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the woods. For sole use are available: parasol, grill possibility, pavilion and garden furniture. Cot - free on request.

Hurka/Cesky Budejovice. The holiday home is located on a 2000 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 5 cars) in the garage and on the property.

central heating (gas). Facilities: cot, internet access (WLAN) and iron. TV reception takes place via antenna, satellite.
Pool
Outdoor pool (diameter 3.6 m, depth 1 m, for sole use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of June to the end of August.

Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with dining area (6 seats), electric stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, shower and 1 sink. Separate toilet with WC.

The cottage is located on a huge plot. It has a quiet location and is very idyllic.

The landlord was very friendly, nice and helpful. The accommodation was a bit dated (you could see in advance on the pictures) but very clean.
