Hluboká nad Vltavou, 320 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on an open garden plot and waterside plot with a lawn. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (unpaved, length 1000 m). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.

1st floor: Living room (22 sqm, walk-through room) with seating area, TV, fireplace, radio, dining area (4 places) and access to the balcony (6 sqm, garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs). Bedroom (6 sqm, not heated) with 1 double bed. Kitchenette in the living room. Bathroom with shower, 2 washbasins and window. Separate WC with WC.
Top floor: Bedroom (9 sqm) with 2 single beds. Bedroom (11 sqm) with 2 single beds. Hallway with balcony.

Naprosto skvěle položená chalupa v lese u vody. Fantastické západy slunce nad vodou. Velice vstřícný a ochotný pan majitel. Dovolená bez jediné chybičky, moc jsme si to užili.
