The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet and sunny location in the forest and at the water. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, garden shower, grill possibility, pavilion, garden furniture and fire place.

Hluboká nad Vltavou, 320 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a open garden plot and water plot with meadow. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes via a side road (unpaved, length 1000 m). Parking lot (for 3 cars) on the property.

Top floor: Bedroom (9 sqm) with 2 single beds. Bedroom (11 sqm) with 2 single beds. Hallway with with balcony.
