The standig individually holiday home is in the typical country style furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet location. For exclusive use are available: children's playground, sandpit, grill possibility, garden furniture and fire place. Children's slide.

Černá v Pošumaví, 700 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 300 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The building is located in the famous resort. Based to 8 people has 4 bedrooms. Based up to 10 persons are 5 bedrooms available. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 1 car) in the garage and on the property.

electric heating. In winter, heated with fireplace (heating in all 6 rooms). Facilities: cot and internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
Outdoor pool (heatable, diameter 3.6 m, depth 1 m, for exclusive use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of June to mid of September.

1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and 1 crib. Bedroom with 4 single beds. 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 3 single beds.
Upper floor: 2 bathrooms each with bathtub and WC.
Top floor: Attic (not heatable) with sitting area.

The location of the holiday house was great ... in a few minutes you are at the Lipnostausee, a caribbean bar is also very close, where the bar people convinced with their ability including fantastic view on the lake u regular livebands, numerous restaurants & bike rental and the beautiful city of Krumlov is also within a few minutes by bus, car or taxi to reach!
