This wonderful holiday home is located in an apartment complex with a 24-hour reception and parking, opposite Santa Ana beach. It is ideal all year round for sun holidays with family or friends.

The accommodation is located on the boulevard, with numerous cozy beach bars and nice shops. There is a large park in front of the main entrance and Selwo Marina is about 100 m away. Puerto Marina is a 10-minute walk away and the popular town of Marbella is also easily accessible (40 minutes' journey).

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, washing machine, oven, coffee maker, hair dryer and free WiFi. It is located on a complex with 5 swimming pools with slides, a heated pool in winter, gardens, a cafeteria and a range of services available only in high season (May/June to September/October), such as a Hawaiian bar, summer restaurant, supermarket , kiosk, ice cream parlour, patisserie, cocktail bar, hammocks (for a fee), gym (for a fee), billiards and souvenir shop.

Our stay at Belvilla by OYO was fantastic! The location right across from Santa Ana beach meant we could easily enjoy the sun and the waves. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. We definitely plan to return!

We had a comfortable stay at Belvilla by OYO, the apartment was clean and spacious enough for our group of four, the proximity to Parque de la Paloma was a big plus for us as we enjoyed going there in the evenings, the only downside was the noise from the street from time to time, but it wasn't too bothersome, overall, a solid option for a beach holiday.

This place is a whole vibe! Super close to Santa Ana beach, perfect for relaxed days and sunset photos. The pools are amazing, especially the heated one. I definitely recommend it for a family trip or just to hang out with friends.
