The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 2021, was renovated in 2021, and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated in a lively area. The residence is also popular due to the view from the property over the lake and its sunny waterside location. Available for exclusive use: sun lounger, terrace, garden furniture and lift.

Balatonlelle. The holiday apartement is located on a enclosed water plot with meadow and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.
Special
Air conditioning, central heating. The air conditioning is equipped with wall-mounted climate panels. Centrally controlled. It ensures an optimal temperature; the temperature in the apartments cannot be set below approx. 24 degrees. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and an iron. TV reception is via satellite. Television broadcasts are provided by UPC. So there are many TV channels, but not all. There are also foreign channels, but unfortunately not in all foreign languages. Therefore, the TV is a smart TV. Via YouTube you can access online streaming TV channels that match your language, so you can also watch your favourite films, shows, TV channels and even live TV programmes via YouTube.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.

All pools are available for your shared use. Paddling pool and children's pool (2 m x 6 m, 0.5 m deep). The pool is a shallow basin for children.

The holiday apartment was great. The location right on the beach is unbeatable. The apartment was also very clean and modern. The landlady was very friendly and helpful. We really liked it and would love to come back!
