The detached holiday home, built in 2000 and renovated in 2019, is rustically furnished. The property is located in a lively area, in a residential district, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular because of its sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, barbecue facility, and garden furniture.

Balatonlelle. The holiday home is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Bedroom (12 sqm) with 1 double bed. Bedroom (12 sqm) with 2 single beds and access to the terrace. American kitchen in the eat-in kitchen (5 sqm, connecting room) with gas hob (1 burner), electric hob (4 rings), oven, fridge (150 l, freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. 2 bathrooms each (4 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.

Central location, 200 m to the Spar market and to a pastry shop, about 500 m to the shopping mile.
The house is top - 2 bedrooms, each has its own bathroom. We like to come back

Very convenient location, 2 minutes walk to the SPAR, 5 minutes walk to the mile or the center, the beach is also within walking distance. Cozy and quite quiet despite the location on the main road.

Very nice holiday home. Quiet and well equipped despite the street. Only the washing machine is missing.
