The cottage was renovated in 2019. There is a separate entrance to the upper floor. Guests can use the floor completely independently from the owner.
The floor has 120 sqm and consists of a large living room with dining room, 2 small kitchens, 1 double room, 3 triple rooms (each room has a bathroom with toilet, balcony, air conditioning (extra charge) and TV with German channels) The kitchens are fully equipped.
Wifi and washing machine!
Guests can park their cars (4-5 pieces) in the yard. There is also a barbecue and a kettle in the yard. Water, gas, electricity, bed linen, final cleaning, wifi are included in the price.
The accommodation is located 500 m from the town centre - 5-6 minutes walk. Napfény (sunlight) pebble beach in the centre 800m.

Location and surroundings of object
The guesthouse is 600m from the centre, 8 minutes walk. Pedestrian zone, restaurants 600 m, circus and amusement park 1,5 km. Beach 1km. The house is close to the centre, but the street is absolutely quiet and not busy!
