Description
The holiday apartment is located in a house built in 2000 and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in a holiday home settlement, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet location. For shared use, the following are available: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, sandbox, climbing frame, barbecue facility, pavilion, and garden furniture. Baby bathtub. Please order a cot, baby bathtub, and high chair when booking.

Balatonlelle. The holiday apartment is located on a 700 sqm large, enclosed garden plot with lawn, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The holiday apartment is situated in a quiet, green location. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking on the property. Parking on the open property.

Kitchen in the living kitchen with gas stove (1 burner), oven, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin and toilet. Separate WC with toilet.

Nice and clean apartment in a short walking distance from the water, in the accompanying garden there is plenty of space for children to play, the location can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.
