The Ferienhaus Schwarz is located on the quiet outskirts of the wine and cultural city of Würzburg and in the immediate vicinity of the attractive small town of Veitshöchheim and the Main cycle paths. The bikes you bring with you can be parked in the lockable garage and the batteries charged there.
There is a living and dining room with access to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms with 2 single beds each, a modern bathroom with WC, a guest toilet, balcony and garden seating area.
The accommodation can only be booked for a maximum of 14 days and from 4 days stay.
The house is not equipped for small children. This concerns stair guards, sockets, cleaning cupboards, plants in the garden, etc.)

The university city of Würzburg is valued as a wine and cultural metropolis. The city's landmark is the Marienberg Fortress. The city palace of the Würzburg bishops, the Würzburg Residence (World Heritage Site) and the pilgrimage church "Käppele" are definitely worth seeing. Particularly beautiful towns in the wider area are Nuremberg, Bamberg, Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Dinkelsbühl, Weikersheim, Wertheim, Bad Kissingen with a wellness spa, Bad Windsheim with a spa and salt lake, and many excellently restored wine towns such as Volkach, Sommerhausen, Sulzfeld, Iphofen, Ochsenfurt, and others.

You get a house all to yourself, with a beautiful, well-maintained garden and all the amenities needed to relax. Shopping facilities, dentist are available in the district, 2 doctors are 3 km away.
The large university hospitals are only 4 km away (good bus connection).
Bus stops are close to the house and can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. You can reach Würzburg city centre and the railway station by bus every half hour, journey time approx. 20 minutes
