Gepflegtes und freundliches Appartement. Problemlose Schlüsselübergabe mittels Schlüsseltresor. Sehr sauber. Geschirr und Kochutensilien gut, aber sonst wenig vorhanden (kein Wäscheständer, Bügeleisen, Putzlappen, Eimer, Spül-Schwamm, Küchenrolle). Für Kurzbesuche (1-2 Nächte) mit Aufwand verbunden.

Tolles Apartment! Schlüsselübergabe gut gelöst. Der Strand von Sierksdorf ist mit dem Fahrrad besser zu erreichen als der Strand von Neustadt...ist auch schöner! Ach ja, uns war das Bett zu weich, die vorhandenen Tassen waren etwas zu groß für die vorhandene Kapselmaschine.

Ein sehr schönes 1-Zimmer-Apartement, in dem ich mich rundherum wohlgefühlt habe. Und ich habe den Strankorb auf dem Balkon sehr genossen!

Sehr schön eingerichtete kleine aber feine Wohnung in ruhiger Lage am Rand von Neustadt. Gut zu erreichen und bestens geeignet für maximal 2 Personen. Neubau mit Parkplatz. Ideal für mehrere Tage und für Touren in die Umgebung. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Eine super schöne moderne und saubere Wohnung! Tolle Küchenausstattung, bequemes Boxspringbett, schicker Balkon mit Strandkorb, ein elektrisches Rollo, ein Stellplatz fürs Auto, gutes WLAN, Netflix-/Amazon-/Disney+ -Taste am TV. Der Phantasiename am Klingelschild war etwas verwirrend.

Everything went smoothly, the modern apartment is well-equipped and clean. There is nothing to complain about, I found the living room with the dining area great for breakfast and cooking :) Unfortunately, I couldn't try out the balcony with the beach chair in January.

We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back. The apartment is completely new, new construction with the latest standard. The furnishings are very tasteful and modern. The location (we have known the area for many years) is perfect from our point of view, far away from the hustle and bustle of tourism.

Great equipped 1 room flat, we felt very comfortable. The only point to complain about is that the flat should be labelled. A last name on the doorbell does not make it easy to find the flat. If I book "Kleine Perle", it should also be written on the door.

A super nice modern and clean flat!
Great kitchen equipment, comfortable box spring bed, chic balcony with beach chair, an electric blind, a parking space for the car, good wifi, Netflix/Amazon/Disney+ button on the TV.
The fancy name on the doorbell was a bit confusing.

Very nicely furnished small but fine flat in a quiet location on the outskirts of Neustadt.
Easy to reach and ideally suited for a maximum of 2 people.
Newly built with parking space.
Ideal for several days and for tours in the area.
Gladly again at any time.
