Eine sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung. Übernahme und Übergabe waren sehr gut organisiert. An der Klingel und an der Wohnungstür sollte Kraushaar stehen.

-perfekte Lage weit weg vom Tourismustrubel -Schnelle Autobahnanbindung -super Raumangebot für 2 P. -sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet -bei über 30 Grad Wohnung/Balkon tagsüber nicht nutzbar (nur mit Rolladen tagsüber runter ok) -Sonnenschutz am Balkon und Ventilator wären für den Sommer top

Eine neue Anlage. Die Wohnung ist für ein bis zwei Personen perfekt. Hell, praktisch eingerichtet mit großem Abendbalkon. Kann ich für Personen empfehlen, denen es unwichtig ist, dass die Anlage im Industriegebiet liegt. Als Standpkt. gut, um die Küste gen Sierksdorf bzw. gen Grömitz zu erradeln.

A new facility. The flat is perfect for one to two people. Bright, practically furnished with a large evening balcony.
I can recommend it for people who don't mind that the complex is in an industrial area.
A good location for cycling along the coast towards Sierksdorf or Grömitz.

-perfect location far away from the hustle and bustle of tourism
-Fast motorway connection
-super space for 2 p.
-very tastefully furnished
-apartment/balcony not usable during the day at over 30 degrees (only ok with roller blinds down during the day)
-Sun protection on the balcony and a fan would be great for the summer
