Sehr gute Lage, direkt am Meer und Promenade. Wohnung schön eingerichtet - maritim. Nichts für Rücken und Kniekranke. Treppen und sehr weiches Sofa. Bad: Sturzgefahr in Dusche und Badewanne. Stolpererhöung zum Badezimmer, nicht farblich markiert. Nicht Behindertengerecht. Betten sehr gut.

Wir buchen seit vielen Jahren bei Kraushaar Ferienwohnungen und wurden noch nie enttäuscht. Dafür erstmal ein herzliches Danke. Diese Wohnung hatten wir zum ersten Mal gebucht, und sie ist ein Traum. Die Lage direkt am Strand, herrlich ruhig, zum Hafen ca. 1/2 Stunde zu Fuß.

Hab noch keine bessere Unterkunft erlebt, obwohl ich viel unterwegs bin. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind einfach unschlagbar und die Wohnung ist sehr modern. Gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist bis ins kleinste Detail wunderschön eingerichtet. Herrlicher Blick auf die Ostsee. 2 Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gemütlicher Strandwanderweg nach Pelzerhaken.

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Woche in der Nixe. Trotz der Wärme war es im Schlafzimmer angenehm. Die Unterbringung unserer Fahrräder gestaltete sich allerdings als schwierig. Besonders wenn mehrere Räder im Hause sind. Da war hinter dem Haus kein Platz.

Wir haben eine für uns perfekte Ferienwohnung gefunden ( …. und direkt wieder gebucht ) Die Lage ist wunderschön, man kann an der See laufen so weit man mag und mal hier und da einkehren. Die Wohnung haben wir super sauber vorgefunden . Von der ersten Minute an haben wir uns wohl gefühlt.

Wir hatten einen ganz wunderbaren Urlaub mit einer tollen Aussicht zum Jahreswechsel. Für uns zwei Personen und unseren Vierbeiner war die Wohnung zu dieser Jahreszeit ideal gelegen - für Sommerurlauber: der Hundestrand ist in ca. 5 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.

Wir waren zum 2. mal in der Wohnung und es war wieder traumhaft schön. Wir vermissen in dieser toll ausgestatteten Wohnung nichts und der Ausblick ist sowieso ein Traum!!! Wir werden ganz sicher wiederkommen.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht. Die Hundeeignung dieser Wohnung ist für uns nicht gegeben. Eine separate Abzäunung wäre hier wünschenswert. Der Eingangsbereich, um einen Hund vom Strandgang zu säubern und zu trocknen ist viel zu eng.

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, mit kleinem Kind aber etwas ungeeignet. Die Nähe zum Strand ist wunderschön. Und die Einrichtung ist ein Traum. Die Betten sind Mega gemütlich, das Bad ist einfach toll und auch die Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen.

We had a fantastic week in the Nixe. Despite the heat, it was pleasant in the bedroom.
However, the accommodation of our bicycles proved to be difficult. Especially when there are several bicycles in the house.
There was no space behind the house.

A very nice, clean and well located vacation apartment. The water in front of the door, food supply (e.g. pizza) only a few meters away. Despite the lack of summer weather, we had a nice break!

We booked the apartment on the recommendation of the Kraushaar apartment agency, even though we couldn't look at any pictures because it was new, and we were extremely pleased. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and it is definitely worth recommending.

Very beautiful vacation apartment for 4 people with a great sea view. We felt very comfortable. The apartment has everything you need, tastefully furnished, comfortable beds, TV in both sleeping areas. To get to the bathroom, you have to go through the separate sleeping area. The apartment is located on the first floor, the beach chair is outside the door. So there is no balcony directly on the apartment. We would book this great apartment again at any time.

A very tasteful accommodation, especially the bathroom, fully equipped with a great view. The holiday with the dog was very nice, as the dog beach was easy to reach and a path was available right next to the house for walks. The only deduction was for the slightly too soft, slightly uncomfortable seating and because we had a period with about 30 degrees outside temperature, the apartment was naturally also heated due to the all-around windows. But all in all, a great vacation that we enjoyed very much and definitely recommend.

"The apartment is modern and harmonized down to the smallest detail, so that you feel at home right away. The view of the Baltic Sea from almost every window of the apartment is wonderful. The only confusing thing at first was that you had to drive over the "pedestrian path" to get to the apartment. It's a pity that there are few restaurants but rather snack bars in the immediate vicinity. However, this was not a problem, as you can reach Neustadt in 2 minutes by car or Pelzerhaken in 3 minutes. The restaurants are also within walking distance. Our dog also felt very comfortable. So we will definitely come back."

The apartment is located directly by the sea. On sunny days, you can enjoy the day in your own beach chair. In 15 minutes, you can walk to Neustadt and have dinner in one of the restaurants. We also liked the layout of the apartment very much. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the nearest supermarket. We are happy to recommend this apartment. However, if you are looking for a flair like in Timmendorf from the location, this is not the right place. It is quieter and more manageable.

The apartment is perfectly furnished and has everything that is important for a vacation. Very tasteful and exactly as shown in the pictures. The location is sensational. Jumping from the beach chair into the sea, beautiful. When we sat in the beach chair, even in not so good beach weather, we often received envious looks from passersby. The contact with the owner was great. Our beach chair broke and was repaired by the owners themselves within 1 hour!!! Very nice and friendly and accommodating contact. Thanks again for that. The town of Neustadt is relatively quiet. Restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. Tuesdays and Fridays is a market that is worth a visit. Important: dogs are not allowed to be taken there! Bread rolls are available a few meters away at the campsite. It is also comfortable for the dog there. The dog beach is about a 10-minute walk away. However, in the evenings and early mornings, nobody was bothered if the dog was on the beach. The Bullibar directly on the guarded beach near our vacation apartment gave everything a bit of flair and was always a destination for a "sundowner" in the evening. We will certainly come back again. Oh yes, we can understand the reviews about the noise/echo, but it is a renovated old building. And I don't think that this diminishes the enjoyment of the vacation!

Unfortunately, everything was very impersonal, even to the point of lacking a welcome bottle of water. Unfortunately, there were also no storage options for bicycles and you have to go through the bedroom to get to the toilet - but otherwise, Nixe is a great vacation rental.

Not suitable for people with back or knee problems. Stairs and very soft sofa. Bathroom: risk of falling in the shower and bathtub. Increase in level to the bathroom, not marked with color.

A beautiful vacation apartment, but not very suitable for small children. The proximity to the beach is wonderful. And the furnishings are a dream. The beds are super comfortable, the bathroom is simply great, and the kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired.

We found a perfect vacation apartment for us (…and booked it again right away). The location is beautiful, you can walk by the sea as far as you want and stop here and there. We found the apartment super clean. From the first minute on, we felt comfortable.
