Die Lage der Wohnung ist unübertroffen, der Meerblick ist wirklich fantastisch. Sie ist sehr sauber, hell und modern eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer ist tatsächlich klein, aber toll ausgestattet und ich persönlich hatte genug Platz. Grundsätzlich ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Einen Eierkocher habe ich vermisst, aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau. Der Strandkorb, direkt vor dem Haus, wurde von uns gerne und ausgiebig genutzt und auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. In den anderen Bewertungen wurde die Hellhörigkeit der Wohnung bemängelt. Dazu kann ich folgendes schreiben. Zwei Kinder, die mit schwereren Kugeln in der oberen Wohnung gespielt haben und das bis nachts um 23.30 Uhr, hört man sehr gut und das nervt tatsächlich. Die Mieter, die anschließend eingezogen sind, hat man nicht gehört. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung wirklich super, top gelegen, sehr gepflegt und absolut empfehlenswert.

Tolle Lage. Man hört von der oberen Wohnung jeden Schritt. Das ist nicht so schön. Insektenschutz vor den Fenstern wäre schön. Wir haben uns gut erholt.

Leider ist die Wohnung schalltechnich nicht entkoppelt, so dass jeder Schritt der Mieter in der Wohnung ?Nixe? zu hören ist.

Die Wohnung ist komplett renoviert und bietet ein gemütliches zu Hause für einen entspannten Urlaub. Der tolle Blick auf die Neustädter Bucht macht Lust auf Meer!

Die Lage ist wunderschön mit Dünenblick bis zum Meer. Bei der Einrichtung der Wohnung spürt man viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Abwicklung war sehr gut organisiert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Ferienwohnung, die ihr Geld wert ist. Einziger Wermutstropfen: nur ein Parkplatz für eine 4-Personen-Wohnung. Bei zwei eigenständigen Haushalten in einer Familie, die mit zwei Pkw anreisen, ergibt das etwas Probleme.

Die Fewo hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir können sie ruhigen Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Es gibt 2 Kritikpunkte: 1. Die Sofas sind absolut durchgesessen Man sass fast auf dem Fußboden. 2. Laute Geräusche aus der oberen Wohnung, jeder Schritt ist zu hören.

We spent a very nice short vacation in Neustadt and found a very beautiful, modern apartment. Checking in via the key safe made the arrival very uncomplicated. The apartment itself was very clean. We felt very comfortable.

We were very satisfied! The holiday apartment is beautifully furnished and offers plenty of space! Top location, directly with sea view and the sound of the sea. The highlight is the beach chair directly at the house, which no other holiday apartment on the promenade offers!

"A great apartment, actually only a few meters to the beach. Very tastefully and modernly furnished, nothing is missing! Absolutely clean. The beach chair directly in front of the house with a view of the Baltic Sea, incredibly beautiful until the evening. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Pleasantly uncomplicated arrival and departure. The apartment is amazing and we have already booked it for the 4th time ?? of course, the location is also unbeatable ?? however, two things are still disadvantageous... The very small bathroom and no direct access to the terrace, which is a shame. But everything else is TOP and compensates for it ? I have already recommended the apartment to many people and everyone was thrilled!!!

The location of the apartment is unbeatable, the sea view is truly fantastic. It is very clean, bright and modern. The bathroom is actually small, but well-equipped and I personally had enough space. Basically, everything you need for a nice vacation is available. I missed an egg cooker, but that's complaining at a high level. The beach chair, right in front of the house, was extensively used by us and our dog felt very comfortable too. In the other reviews, the apartment's poor soundproofing was criticized. Regarding this, I can write the following. Two children playing with heavier balls in the upper apartment until 11:30 pm at night can be heard very well and it is actually annoying. The tenants who moved in afterwards were not heard. Otherwise, the apartment is really great, perfectly located, very well-maintained and highly recommended.

Very good facilities, unfortunately the upper apartment is not well insulated.
A soundproofing underlay would provide a remedy! The landlord should definitely invest in that.

We had a great time and enjoyed the entire house very much. A better solution for the terrace would be desirable, as you cannot really enjoy the beach chairs due to the nearby promenade.

Very nice and well-maintained holiday apartment that is worth its money. Only downside: only one parking space for a 4-person apartment. This can be a problem for two separate households within one family arriving with two cars.

There are 2 points of criticism:
1. The sofas are absolutely saggy
You almost sat on the floor.
2. Loud noises from the upstairs flat, every step can be heard.

The location is fantastic, the interior is very tasteful and colour-coordinated - you always find the individual elements and colours. We liked it very much! However, the bathroom door closes very forcefully, risk of injury. And it's very noisy, you can hear every step from upstairs.

Beautiful holiday flat in a fantastic location directly on the beach. Very quiet and relaxing at this time of year (October). Unfortunately, there was not much to do nearby for our children (12 and 15 years). But the Hansa Park and Lübeck are within easy reach.
