Description
The approx. 80m² large detached holiday home in half-timbered style is idyllically located on the southern edge of Lüdenscheid in the forest, above the Versetalsperre, and offers space for max. 5 people on 2 floors. 1 dog is free with us, but should please be requested when contacting us
In the upper floor, of the comfortably furnished holiday house, 2 bedrooms are to you at the disposal (1 room with double bed, the other with 2 single beds). On the ground floor is the living room where, on a cold winter day, a warming fire can be lit in the fireplace
Also on the ground floor is the spacious bathroom with shower, 2 washbasins and toilet. A fully equipped kitchen (4-plate stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator / freezer, etc.) which is separated by an open half-timbered beams from the dining area complete the equipment.
The family-friendly furnished holiday home has an additional children's travel bed and a children's high chair. The holiday home is completely covered with wooden floorboards.
The fenced garden has a terrace for sunbathing or barbecues and a sandbox for your children, as well as plenty of room to move around. Garden furniture is available.
Towels and bed linen can be provided if required, for a fee of 12,-€/person.
Dog is, as already mentioned, in principle permitted. Please just ask.
Smoking is not permitted in the holiday home.
One dog is free, each additional dog plus 3,-€/day (max. 3 dogs).
Minimum stay is 2 nights.

- on weekends with bridge days min. 4 nights
- in the holidays as well as over Easter, Christmas and New Year's Eve min. 7 nights.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home is located above the Versetalsperre and below the Homert (with 539m the highest point of Lüdenscheid) on the southern edge of Lüdenscheid. The city center is about 10 minutes away by car. You can use the holiday home as a starting point for hiking and cycling in the surrounding forests and dams.
Lüdenscheid is nestled in the wooded low mountain range landscape in the northwest of the Sauerland, in North Rhine-Westphalia, and is also aptly named the "mountain town".
Lüdenscheid is the cultural and economic centre of the southern Märkischer Kreis district. The town is embedded in a magnificent low mountain range landscape and offers both residents and guests a wide range of leisure and recreational opportunities
The convenient location directly on the A45 motorway provides good connections to major cities.

Vacation in the forest idyll
Beautiful quiet location situated in a forest, near the Versetalsperre. Relaxed, friendly, and uncomplicated landlords. Nice welcome with a greeting gift. The house is cozy and equipped with everything. The garden is ideal for our dog. We can warmly recommend the holiday home.

A perfect weekend in a wonderful setting
We found a excellently equipped, romantic holiday home in a perfect location for hikes. The extremely friendly contact beforehand with Ms. Buschhausen and the small welcome surprises rounded off the overall picture. The super-equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, and the fireplace provided a wonderfully cozy relaxation after longer snow hikes. Baby bed, changing mat... what more could one want? Thank you for the short vacation, we would love to come back.
